Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. Goodbyes were never her thing. The she-cat also had no idea what to say to someone like him, who she met a day ago but had deep conversations with. It was a weird spot to be in, and she wanted to get out of it. "What kind of fun would that be? If I had safe travels I would never have run into you."
Link tilted his head from side to side. "Touche, touche." He slowly rose to his paws and shrugged and let out a deep sigh. "Well, you're on a mission so I won't hold you up, I guess." He didn't want to admit but he enjoyed having someone to talk, even if it was only for a few hours. Making his way toward the exit, he called over his shoulder, "Happy hunting."
She nodded and waved her tail as she left. "Thanks. Maybe we'll meet again some day, and hopefully for the right reasons." She highly doubted that she'd ever hunt him down, but there was a slim chance for everything.
