Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Skipstep immediately sprang towards his leader, he wasnt able to get on the rock to stop her fall so he went under her. Catching Foxstar as she fell and carefully guiding her down to the ground.
Burningstar shifted her focus to Glowstar as Soaringbird joined Burningstar at her side. Burningstar assisted Glowstar and Deal down with Soaringbird helping as well.
Foxstar twisted as she slipped, able to land with at least some semblance of grace, and not entirely crush Skipstep, though the tom would be coated in the blood that was a mixture of both her own and Deal's. Pushing off of the Janus, she rose somewhat unsteadily to her paws, the pain rushing in as her emotions numbed and she took control of herself once more. The world seemed to spin around her, and the Priestess leaned on the tom who caught her just enough to keep herself steady, gaze looking up to the pair of leaders, blood dripping down her face. She was a gruesome sight, both a testament to her own brutality and to Glowstar's rage, but her eyes, at least, were unwavering. "Autumngossamer, Skipstep, take any of the other Janus or warriors willing to join you, and ensure Deal is brought safely over the border, and that Strikhedoniadalisay doesn't make a run for it. Littlebird and I can handle the other clans." She ordered.
She had no intentions of keeping Deal, after all. The Priestess wanted him gone, to live his life without the love he'd held so dear to his heart. Her eyes narrowed at Burningstar as they fell on the NightClan she-cat, the ivy burning bright against the crimson color that clung to her fur. "Should I expect your clan's help in securing DayClan and SpringClan, or will we be killing anyone who doesn't return to their own territory?" Foxstar had no intentions of starting a fight with the captured clans, so long as they didn't start one, but NightClan was another matter entirely. They'd betrayed her, and though she would grant them safe passage to the border if they left now, she wouldn't be so kind if they chose to stay and hinder her. Perhaps she was injured and should probably go and patch herself up, but that could wait. She wouldn't die in the next few heartbeats anyway, and she wasn't about to let NightClan try and walk over her. Least of all while the rest of her clan was present.
NightClan Burningstar turned to Foxstar. Studying her a moment. "NightClan's returned home, Soaringbird and I will help Glowstar to the border with Deal. And your warriors as well i suppose. But NightClan's done for the day, this..." she glanced around and gestured with her paw, as if to signify all that had happened "Has given me much to process."
She didnt know what to say, didnt know how to feel. She just knew she had to help Glowstar. Everything with Foxstar and SunClan would have to be addressed later.
Glowstar had her head tilted up to the sky. She would have to do what she never wanted to do, but what a leader in charge of DayClan always had to do. Something she hadn't done in quite a while. She had to run. She had to run with the weight of another cat on her. One of these days she'd be able to slack off like she did back in Primal Instinct and just decide to start trouble and go on adventures when she felt like it. Today was not going to be one of those days. Glowstar bolted forward carrying Deal, no easy task. She had to balance him and although she naturally had a runners build her endurance like most league cats were trained back in the day when it came to running was slow. Often built for quick massive bursts of energy before burning out and in the moment Glowstar was long gone from Foxstar's side, but that energy would fatigue. Problem was even if she grew tired she had to keep running and worse, a regular cat would be able to handle running way better than her. Her strength was always better than her speed.
But Deal would do the same for her. Deal would fight even if he knew he'd lose just in the act of love. He'd do everything she'd do without the capability of it and only the will. The only people she could picture helping her were Revolution Group medicine cats. The Chaman in Renegade or Sages of Absum Lux. they were cats that could help deal with a curse. Her clan saw what happened, there was a time factor here. If Deal was out there was a window of time for her to easily bring him far enough without a fight to the Revolution Groups and maybe they could help. After all Absum Lux carried descendants of Toxicity, a group that once slayed their own deities. If anyone could destroy anything supernatural it was them. She had to get far enough first, but at this point everything inside her burned out much more quickly considering she was carrying a cat. That and if she pushed herself to the brink of exhaustion she wouldn't be able to defend Deal if they tried to take him away so she slowed down just a bit.
Autumngossamer nodded to Foxstar and quickly raced hot on Glowstar's heels, hoping the other Janus would take a bit of the lead, but she saw that Glowstar was slowing down due to the weight of Deal and quickly sped up to try and catch up, but didn't want to be too fast. She knew she was still an apprentice and going up against two leaders and a warrior just wasn't ideal, but. Whatever. She'd do what she needed to do.
Foxstar twitched her tail, the only acknowledgement that she'd understood Burningstar's word. Truth be told, after this, Foxstar was considering NightClan's stance in this alliance, though she held off from immediately calling the entire thing off as she was sorely tempted to do. Today's events had been intended as an execution, not a massacre, and that's how she wanted to keep it. That was entirely ignoring the fact she wasn't in the best shape to fight right now thanks to Green's little tantrum a few moments ago.
With her grandmother having given the okay for others to join in... well, Spellpaw couldn't resist the temptation to chase after Glowstar. Maybe she could even get a few good strikes in on her mentor! What a pleasure that would be, for the Senator to let her do so. The tiny black apprentice bolted after Autumngossamer, mismatched eyes glinting as she giggled with glee, racing after the Janus and the DayClan leader with a certain pep to her step. Today was shaping up to be quite fun, and she didn't want that to end quite yet. And besides! This was a great test of her skills, as Glowstar hadn't had too many opportunities to train her with the capture of the two clans. As such, the fluffy she-cat took it as a personal challenge to ensure that Strikehedoniadalisay was returned to SunClan, exactly where she was meant to be.
NightClan After shed finished speaking to Foxstar, Burningstar had raced To catch Up with Glowstar Soaringbird ahead of her.
"Glowstar!" Burningstar panted trying to catch up with her. But already the ginger she cat was starting to tire. She hadnt had to do a long drawn out sprint in a long time. But she forced herself to try and catch her. Try to figure out what to do.

Flyingcolors stepped forward as if to follow Glowstar but stopped in her tracks. The she-cat would want time to grieve and be alone with her mate and she could do nothing to help a cat who died. He only had one large would which Starclan would heal before returning him to his body. She would be useless and in the way. Even if he had other injuries, she had no herbs. She glanced down at her paws and felt absolutely mortified and useless. Her paws were cracked and bleeding and her classmates were in similar and worse states. She could do nothing for herself, let alone the others who truly needed her to tend to them now.
How many cats would they lose before Dayclan was finally free of them? She looked up to the sky and she swore there was blood in the clouds. She knew the death of her brother was inevitable as well yet he still sat next to her, breathing and talking. It made her shudder and she watched Glowstar dart off with the lifeless body on her back.
Lochflare's stomach churned as he watch the old Dayclan leader run off with his father's lifeless body. It made him sick to see the cat like that and his ears were pressed against his skull as he slunk to the back of the group, ready to go back to camp and try to forget this entire day.
Glowstar panted, she once ran all the way back from the gathering to DayClan non stop, she could do this... Except it was double the weight so in reality she could only do this a little past the border before she faded into a walk and looked behind her to see Heatherpaw and Spellpaw chasing after her. Spellpaw was so cute sprinting towards and instead of exhaustion she felt a playful desire to keep going and any power inside of her that would allow her to walk Deal closer to her end goal was welcome. As she pressed forward she looked back behind her, "Good running form! Watch your breathing, Spellpaw."
Glowstar glanced around, searching for any way to lose them and hide, but really what were two apprentices going to do to stop them? Skipstep was still behind. She quickly skirted at a different angle. One that would hopefully lose Skipstep for a while and only once she made it close to the border did she slow down into a walk.
Autumngossamer immediately leapt at Burningstar with no hesitation as she attempted to tackle her. She was apprentice age, but she had some good training in SunClan that gave enough momentum to force the leader down.
SunClan Skipstep sprinted after Glowstar hissing under his breath his muscles burning. Jetclaw was the fast runner not him. And though hed been ahead of Spellpaw and Autumngossamer he was still behind Glowstar.
NightClan Burningstar grunted as Autumngossamer tackled her the ginger she cat not entirely expecting the attack. She tried to roll with the tackle to force autumngossamer under her, while Soaringbird. Realizing shed never catch Glowstar turned and ran back to help Burningstar.
Glowstar glanced back, two against one so far were good odds, but three against one... Normally she could take on three, it wasn't something she hadn't done before especially outracing three cats. But carrying Deal with her would definitely be a new chore. Jetclaw was coming in too fast and she knew she couldn't out race her unlike the others. She slowed down a bit for Jetclaw to come closer before running again, but Jetclaw had already gained enough distance to be right up against Glowstar.
"Sorry babe," Glowstar said lovingly before in mid run she bowed her head and jerked to the side flinging Deal's body off from her back and right into Jetclaw at full speed. He was still regenerating his health after all and if there was ever a time to safely use Deal's body as a weapon, it was now. Not only was it an unexpected dead weight thrown at Jetclaw, but in general no one anticipated a body being thrown at them.
Autumngossamer was scratching viciously anywhere she possibly could at Burningstar. She found herself panicking a bit at first about fighting an actual leader, but soon got over it as she became more precise and aim for her shoulder socket with her claws.
"Hey, are you okay?" Came a concerned voice from behind Lochflare.
Luna one of the initiates was watching him, she had been one of the cats cheering for Deal's name.
Soaringdawn nuzzled into Flyingcolors soothingly, but his heart raced, "I know you're always the bravest, but you don't have to be brave right now, if you need to be afraid I can be the brave one."
SunClan Jetclaw hadnt wanted to leave Littlebird but she'd known her brother had no prayer of catching Glowstar.
She had not expected Glowstar to throw Deal at her.
His body hit her hard, the extra weight and momemtum sending her crashing off balance into the ground. She let out a hiss some of her legs hurting badly from the impact. It didnt seem broken but it hurt. A lot.
The impact with deal and the ground left the tan and black she cat dazed on the ground. Trying to shake off the pain. She shoved Deal away from her and gingerly picked herself up.
Seeing his sister go down as she had made Skipstep snarl eyes flashing, he lengthened his stride, rage fueling him as he raced for Glowstar. He had to bring her back alive but if she'd injured his sister, there would be blood.
NightClan Burningstar snarled, shed never learned precise strikes. But she did have experience. Autumngossamer got a few strikes that made Burningstar's right foreleg hurt and feel off but she ducked low and headbutted Autumngossamer just below the apprentice aged janus's shoulders. It made a jolt of pain go through her skull. But it shoved Autumngossamer back, and allowed Soaringbird to pounce on her from behind.

Lochflare turned to see Luna behind him and his whiskers twitched. He recognized her as one of the initiates from Dayclan. He could not show weakness to a warrior, let alone a mere initiate who had not even proved themselves to the Sun God. "That was my father." He said simply and it could have conveyed a number of things. The reality was that he was not okay even a little bit.
She took comfort in her brother and leaned into him a bit. He was familiar and it helped calm the medicine cat down. "Im okay, thank you Soaring. Did you feel that presence when she cursed Deal though?" She asked. He was an emissary so it was very likely he had. That had shaken her more than anything. Flyingcolors had seen death, of course, it was part of being a medicine cat, but never in such a gruesome way.
Glowstar tackled Jetclaw back down rolling her to the side before forcing herself underneath Deal and running off again. Jetclaw was injured enough to hopefully not be able to run at the speed she had gone. However emotionally watching her mate die, curse, and then beating up a cat, running like heck all the way to the border of SunClan in minutes with a cat on her back and now throwing her mates body only to pick it up again was legitimately slowing her down at this point at a much slower pace than what she started with. Though honestly what cat honestly could do all of that in an hour?
"I really pictured our life," She huffed, "Where we'd be together every second of the day, mentoring cats, picking apples in the orchard, and then maybe foster care for any kits without mothers in the nursery. And at night you could go off and find whoever you'd like to spend the night with. And I wouldn't mind," She panted, she shouldn't use up her breath talking to her mate who she wasn't even sure could hear her, but she knew it was unlikely that they'd make it unless she found a river to throw him and herself into... But there was one wasn't there. She huffed once more and with every ounce of her body she willed herself to move faster, she could hear the river, they had made it to the border so of course the river was close. No cat in SunClan could swim after them then.
"Get off of me!" Autumngossamer hissed as her claws collided against Soaringbird's muzzle, "If you touch one claw on me I'll tell Foxstar and she'll have your HEAD!" She hissed, but Soaringbird was fully grown and she didn't have the strength to make Soaringbird release her. She hadn't seen the attack coming.
"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry, hopefully Glowstar can carry him to safety, I'm Luna, but I used to be named Eclipsepaw. My mom and sister are trying to move in here, but SunClan seems pretty scary after today..." Luna admitted and then whispered in a low voice, "There's rumors that SunClan kills initiates y'know so I just don't know if those kinds of things are true."
"Not really, I mean, yes I did, but not at the grand scale that the other SunClan cats could seem to feel it," Soaringdawn admitted, "It's not like I don't believe the Sun God is real or anything. I just don't think he's a good cat and honestly. I don't think he's a God at all, just a cat with power."

Lochflare started at her with his pale yellow eyes, thinking for a moment. He wasnt supposed to tall about the initiation or their rituals it was forbidden. "Just have faith and the Sun God will protect you." His words were a bit elusive but he did not want to reveal more for fear of his own life. If Foxstar could kill a cat she claimed to love, what would she do to his son a mere warrior she barely knew the name of and could care less about? Foxstar was strong and smart, much more than him. He admired these qualities in his leader, but there was something cold in her that he wasn't so sure he liked.
Flyingcolors nodded at his words, what he said made sense. She realized that she gave this deity they worshipped power when she said its name in a weird way. "It was very uncomfortable. I've never not been able to connect with those ethereal presences. It was scary." She admitted a bit. Starclan had a much more gentle but defined presence and it was warm and comfortable like a mother's presence. "I'll just be glad when we can be free of this place." She murmured softly, looking around her at the other cats. It was disgusting and pitiful how these cats had yearned for Deal's blood and even chanted it to try and drown out his name.
Spellpaw bolted along after Glowstar with a bright grin, fueled by her youth and boundless energy. She may be small, but she was quick, made to strike in an instant and without warning, instead of being born with brute strength. "Hey, wait up!" The she-cat whined, her tone petulant and on the verge of crying. "It's no fun if you don't even give me a chance!" If one didn't look back to see the smile on her face, they would never know how much fun she was having already, gaining on her mentor with each and every step. She didn't need the extra help from Glowstar, but she asked anyways, secretly hoping it would work.
With a glance behind her it seemed she lost Skipstep and Jetclaw... Maybe. For all she knew they were about to barrel out from behind a tree and tackle her down. But when she did look back she saw Spellpaw keeping at it, good for her!
Glowstar could hear Spellpaw's desperate sad cries, my heart!
She knew Spellpaw was faking it, but she was too adorable to not feel bad about it. She had to stay strong and keep running and mainly hope that Spellpaw didn't have a hidden talent to swim although that would be very impressive.
She could see the water now and was torn between speeding up right into the river or continuing at the pace she was at. She wasn't convinced she lost Skipstep or Jetclaw and if they were lying in wait if she sprinted straight ahead she would have no time to react if they leapt out in front of her. At the same time Spellpaw could speed up and although she could take Spellpaw that could slow her down enough for others to catch up. Still she continued at the pace she was at knowing that it made the difference between making it and getting caught.
SunClan Jetclaw forced herself to her paws, wincing, her left hindleg hurting the worst. She tried to stamp it on the ground as if she could force it to stop hurting by sheer will. "Are you hurt?" Skipstep asked. "Go!" Jetclaw hissed ears flattening. "I'm fine, but you can't let her get away." She said firmly. Skipstep nodded and he gave his sister a lick on the head that she retaliated with a hiss and a swat, but Skipstep turned and ran after Glowstar once more. He was glad Jetclaw wasn't seriously injured but he wasn't going to let Glowstar escape.
NightClan Soaringbird snorted. "Well if your claws get hurt, it's your own fault. You used them on us first." The silver tabby said with an annoyed huff as she sat on the petulant apprentice. "Now what?" She asked her sister as Burningstar pushed herself up and shook herself.
Burningstar sighed, "Glowstar's probably too far ahead for us to catch up to." She said.
"She probably doesn't need our help," Soaringbird said. "And she'd probably want some time alone anyways." She meowed shifting to get somewhat comfortable sitting on Autumngossamer, her weight enough to keep the apprentice down.
Burningstar's amber eyes followed where Glowstar had gone.
"And meanwhile, we've got a kit here who is from SunClan, maybe she can give us something useful. Like how to break that really rather mean and nasty curse your leader cast?" Soaringbird asked conversationally glancing towards Autumngossamer.
Spellpaw sniffled in response, whimpering ever so slightly that her mentor didn't even give her the slightest bit of a chance. It was somewhat disappointing that her training wouldn't work on her mentor, even if it made sense, but she didn't let that stop her, the little black bundle pressing forward without hesitation. She couldn't swim, at least, Glowstar hadn't taught her how yet, but maybe this could be her lesson? She could see the river ahead, and the Senator heading for it, so she could only assume the older feline's plans.
Glowstar didn't slow down and leapt right into the river. She opened her eyes glancing around for Deal under the water and upon finding him grabbed him by the scruff and moved him to the surface. The water was usually so calming, but all she could think about was what would happen if she did get away. She'd get to a far away shore, but by then she would be tired. What if she couldn't force herself to stay awake and Deal woke up and left her? Or now... Though she felt confident enough that if he woke up in the water she could save him if he struggled. It was much easier to find strength moving in the water. She followed where the current tugged them and kept swimming. Neither of them better know how to swim. She'd just take him to the Revolution Groups, give them some sort of payment to ensure they'd keep him safe and return back to SunClan.
Autumngossamer glared, "I don't know anything about curses! I literally graduated from initiation like a moon ago. I still have a lot to learn." She kicked and squirmed from underneath Soaringbird, "Look, legit no one knew she was going to do that, I didn't even know the Sun God could do that, but whoever he was he clearly shouldn't have messed with Foxstar. Even I try to keep my distance and I'm her Janus."
Luna nodded to Lochflare, "Right... Let me spend the day with you. I know how it feels to lose someone, I was supposed to have new brothers and sisters, but the litter vanished from SunClan and it's really hurt everyone in my family bad. I should get to know my future clan mates after all."

Spellpaw didn't slow down as she reached the river, launching herself as far forward as her legs would carry her, feeling the frigid waters soaking her fur as she landed, and went under. She didn't know anything about swimming, and though she was able to remain calm with the adrenaline and delight already flowing through her veins, which allowed her to float to the surface and treat water, the apprentice didn't know what to do from there. And the water was cold, really, really cold. "Now what?" She called, still seeming to treat everything as though it were simply another training lesson, and not as if she was chasing down Glowstar.
With Foxstar off to round up everyone, Mountainsound had taken the opportunity to slip over to where Soaringbird, Autumngossamer, and Burningstar were, her expression dark. The former medicine cat had put up with a lot from the High Priestess, but this? He may have deserved to lose a single life for trying to kill Foxstar, or it was at least somewhat justifiable. But a curse? Even Deal didn't deserve that. Since she'd overheard their conversation, however, the SunClan she-cat elected to join in. "Foxstar's done this once before, once publicly, at least. None of us would have any idea how to go about breaking a curse. Your best bet would be to talk with the Moon God, if you can even get an audience." She didn't know much about the counter deity outside of the Sun's obvious biased recollections, only that he was supposedly elusive. "If he's anything like ours, he may not be keen to help a non-MoonClan cat, however, and even less when you consider Deal was formerly from SunClan as well."
