Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Oceanscent's sea-green eyes widened as he watched his father's triumphant return from the prison entrance, tears flooding his eyes despite himself. He knew Chimerahunt would never abandon the clan! He turned his head to exchange a glance with his sister Coralreef, but before he could she was already gone...currently arguing with a Regime cat while fighting off rouges. 'I guess this is my time to shine,' he thought coyly to himself, bounding recklessly into the heat of the battle headfirst. Without thinking, the ginger tabby leaped onto the nearest rouge that he recognized.
No cat had to tell Tinybreath what to do. It didn't matter if she couldn't fight well, or that her lungs made sprinting a suicide mission for her. She didn't care anymore. Nothing mattered...except getting back the home she loved so dearly alongside her family. The petite black she-cat was well aware of how stupid she had been, how near-sighted her worldview was. Chimerahunt was rude and disdainful, sure. But he was unwaveringly loyal, too; he was more than willing to die for Waterclan, and secretly his family as well. Now it was her turn to prove her loyalty to him, and make up for what she had done. Out of the corner of her pale blue gaze, she spotted the nursery, where four tiny faces lit up upon recognizing her, and her heart soared. This was all for them! Her family!
Gravelshell was bent down worriedly beside Violetstar, their matching tortoiseshell pelts brushing together as the elder attempted to help her kin as best she could. She knew a decent bit about herbs and birthing; having picked up bits and pieces of knowledge over the years. And with Juniperpaw missing, Riverstar had decided that the 'old hag' and her brother were suited to pick up the slack. Things had started out okay enough when Violetstar first went into labor. Everything was going as normal...until suddenly the young leader started struggling. Immediately the former leader knew what was happening. She had seen it far too many times before; with her mentor Phoenixstar's kittings, and during her own. There was nothing that could be done to stop the life that would be lost here. But how many would Violetstar have left, then?
She raised her head as her brother Bluepelt and daughter Yuccablossom raced into the Medicine Den, clearly out of breath. "It's an all-out war out there sis," the elderly tom gasped, heaving as he flopped down beside her. "Foxdung!" Gravelshell cursed under her breath. Of all the times for a revolution! "Yuccablossom! Don't let anyone get in here unless it's Chimerahunt or a Medicine Cat, got it?!"

@hinata
Being attacked by one of WaterClan's own. That was one thing the elder hadn't expected to ever happen in her lifetime. But she was no longer Phoenixstar, and she'd lost so much in the sickness, even her own mate, that it drove her to leave to save her family. Times changed, and now she lay beneath an apprentice, though not for long. She might be old, but she was skilled, and with a startling burst of speed she pulled her legs in, kicking Frozenpaw directly in the stomach with explosive force that sent her flipping over Phoenixriver's head. "Riverwolf is not, and will never be, the rightful leader of WaterClan. All he has done is an affront to StarClan, and to any cat who truly cares for this clan." Though her words were directed to the one who attacked her, the former leader's voice rose up sharply above the crowd, and her words could be heard even in the farthest reaches of camp.
Maybe Phoenixriver had made a mistake in leaving for her mate's former clan, but she was back now, and she absolutely refused to let the clan stay in Riverwolf's paws.
Rustyheart, for her part, lunged for Wyverndelirium, tackling her brother to the ground with a growl. "Are you really going to defend Riverwolf in front of your entire family? Or have you finally gotten the beetles out of your brain?" She may have lost the love she had for her brother given his actions, but she still couldn't stand to just attack him without giving him the chance to come to his senses. Wy knew this was wrong. It was time he finally admitted it, or went down fighting with his traitor leader.
She hadn't expected the sudden burst of energy, and her eyes grew wide as she was lifted up in the air by the larger cat's back legs and violently kicked upwards. She hit the ground harshly behind the leader's head, struggling to her paws as her muscles burned from the jarring landing. "He's the best mentor ever! He's taught me and others plenty! He loves the clan!" She was in denial, or so she seemed, shaking her head at Pheonixriver's words. She lunged forward again, sliding under the older she-cat's stomach and kicking her with her own back legs.
Two can play that game.
She thought bitterly. Her legs smaller and much faster as a result.
"Oh. Really?" Coralreef looked surprised. She paused for a moment, wondering if she ought to make sure they actually were on the same side and Aela wasn't confused about who she was fighting for, but when the mercenary attacked Marina that was proof enough for her. "Cool!"
Chim snarled in frustration. "If I'm nothing then I don't see what you have to gain from this," he snapped, gritting his teeth against the pain shooting down his side. He wondered if he was still skin-and-bones if the tom's paw might've gotten stuck between his ribs and given him an advantage. He wheeled around after the attack and half-heartedly lunged at the other, mostly just to make him dodge and get out of the way so he could continue on.
Wy yelped in shock as he stared up at his sister. She was attacking him? That felt wrong, it was all so wrong and twisted he didn't know which way was up. "But-- you heard it yourself, the clan doesn't want him, and they already voted for Riverstar. That makes him the enemy." But his voice was weak. This was what he wanted, for his clan to see the truth about his brother, but now none of his family stood by his side and no matter how many times he tried he could not justify Riverstar's actions to himself much longer. He was in too deep, it was already too late to fix things, too late to change the look in Rustywolf's eyes. "You won't hurt me."
Turtlepaw nodded shakily, though when he looked towards the nursery he could see Riverstar and Chimerahunt clashing nearby and he swallowed tightly ears lowered in fear staying close to Bluestream. Everywhere he looked there seemed to be battling cats.
Cleaversimplylight Marina snarled drawing back as Aela slashed her muzzle drops of blood staining the rock below. She reared back and came forwards smacking a paw against Aela's head to knock her aside before leaping onto Coralreef. If these two wouldn't to tag team they had another thing coming!
Undertow stepped to the side as the cat attacked Wyverndelirium, he flicked his tail. "The dam Riverstar built has burst, you'll drown if you don't swim for shore, or try to fight back to start rebuilding the dam anew. Though," He chuckled considering the area, noting the sheer amount of cats that fought against the rogues Riverstar had brought. Rogues who would ultimately sooner leave rather than stay and fight. WaterClan had been just a nice stopping point for the lot of them at this point in time. They'd leave when the going got tough, that was clear enough and there was simply too many cats who were against Riverstar. "I doubt that will be such an easy feat with all this water." With that said he plunged down into camp leaving the siblings behind as he leapt onto one of the rogues who'd made a home in Waterclan.
She blinked a few times, her breaths getting quicker.
Soon there were several kittens at her belly, all healthy and safe.
Though, one was stuck. The last one. It didn’t move, and it was presumed to be dead. At least, from first glance. Violetstar’s breaths got shallow, and another life faded away as she stopped breathing. Another. Another.
Each time she came back, her eyes were more glazed over and far away. A whimper slipped from her lips as she felt the presence of Gravelshell, paws trembling she placed one on the feline’s paw. The pain in her eyes was clear, but she wasn’t ready to give up. “Save it.” She mewed rasping, speaking of the kitten that was stuck. She was sure it would live, if Gravelshell could just pull her out.
Burningstar finished fighting a skinny rogue sending him fleeing with a few scratches before the ginger she cat looked up and searched for her children quickly. She spotted Ironjaw, Bloodtusk, Berserkpaw... but she couldn't spot Tuskblood, in her search for her older adopted daughter she noted Yuccablossom and Bluepelt run for a den. Concerned she moved closer just catching Gravelshell's words about only letting the medicine cat and chimerahunt in. The ginger leader immediately turned and began scouring the clearing. Shoot what was the medicine cats name? She was pretty sure she'd briefly seen her when she'd joined up with Chimerahunt and Tuskblood.
"What's the name of the medicine cat," She asked Yuccablossom when the she cat came out to guard the entrance to the den, the leader of NightClan straining to spot her.

GidgetGal Seeing Oceanscent leap into battle, Wright jumped forward to intercept the traitorous cat. "How dare you go against Riverstar!" He snarled and reared up on his back legs to land a blow on the other tom's shoulders. The large brown tom's eyes were bright with blood-lust and ready for a challenge.
CleaverJetclaw Riverstar jumped back to avoid Chimerahunt's swipe, growing more and more frustrated at the tom's lack of fight. "You truly are a coward, aren't you?" He snapped. His eyes flicked from the medicine cat's den back to the ginger tom. He could hear the wails of newborn kittens and Violetstar's struggles now. He narrowed his eyes. "Why did that annoying cat have to have them now?" He thought angrily, accidentally letting himself be distracted. At that moment, Tuskblood launched forward out of the crowd of cats and barrelled Riverstar over. "Go!" She hissed to Chimerahunt as the grey tom battered at her stomach.
Aela stumbled back at the blow, wincing as a new pain began to well in her head. She quickly regained herself and lunged forward to sink her claws into the she-cat's hindquarters as she jumped towards Coralreef.

simplylightCleaver Unable to see the medicine cat, but spotting Tuskblood tussling with Riverstar, made Burningstar turn and began to move to assist. Her action halted by a rogue making a rush towards the medicine cat den the nightclan leader quickly engaging and dispatching the rogue sending him running. Burningstar's tail lashing
Marina snarled lashing out with her hind legs, like a bucking horse aiming to kick Aela right in the face again even as blood welled up from the new scratch she left in Marina's flank. Unable to fully focus on Coralreef she simply sank her claws into the first part of coralreef she could get ahold of and dig in.
Bluestream carefully guided Turtlepaw to the nursery, keeping an eye in the battling cats trying not to get in their way but, slowly and surely they made it. Making sure the little tom was out of danger and settled in safely she dared to poke her head out if the nursery to survey the scene.
Looking around Pierce caught sight of Aela struggling with Marina, a growl rose up in his throat, and it took all his will not to break off into a coughing fit in the middle of battle. Hurrying over his group-mate he sank his claws into Marina's shoulders and yanked her backwards trying to give Aela and Coralreef more room to fight.
Coralreef was relieved by the flood of support from the two Regime cats. She scrambled back to her paws as Pierce pulled the rogue off of her and glared at the she-cat. “Run away while you still can!” she ordered Marina. “We outnumbered you by, like, a lot!”
Chim’s lip barely curled. He has grown used to insults. The cry of kits caught his attention and his head cocked to the side, curious whose they were. As Tuskblood leaped to distract the leader he wheeled around and raced to find his leader.
“Violetstar, I really need you to tell me–“ he started, then froze. The ginger ton stood paralyzed in the entrance to the den, taking it all in. The kits at her side and the glazed look in his eyes. Rage flooded him and for a moment he was tempted to run back out and tear every hair off Riverstar’s pelt one by one, but instead he took a deep breath and hurried to her side, dropping his muzzle close to hers. “Violetstar?” Chim whispered, his voice choked.
(I guess I should make Marina a real cat at this point XP everyone wanna be wailing on her. I'm gonna say she joined after Riverstar became leader so she's like 'huh easier place to live, have to obey the leader, there's weird politics going on but eh, whatever not my problem. I'm just following orders')
Marina let Pierce yank her away before jerking free wincing at the new scratches in her shoulders, she retaliated by sheathing her claws and smacking Pierce across the face before rounding on Coralreef. "I am a WaterClan cat," She spat tail lashing. She glared at the two regime outsiders. "I've fought bigger foxes and badgers for less, you can bring all the outsiders you like, but this is my home now, you won't drive me out. And unlike you I obey the code, the code that demands you obey your leader!" She shrieked before leaping at Coralreef once more.
///---///
Trench seeing Marina being overrun barreled in going for Aela the larger tom rearing up and with a dark look in his eyes tried to bring his paws down on her back like a large bader aiming to seriously injure the she cat.
(Anyone can feel free to kill Trench he's just a throwaway cat XP)
A furious snarl erupted from Pierce, he would show these treacherous cats that the regime wouldn't be bested so easily by a bunch of rouges. He was ready to tear Maria's pelt off her when he saw Trench going for Aela. Immediately he sprang at the tom with all his might, knocking him off her before he could slam down on the she cat. "Pick on someone your own size you coward!" he snarled swiping his claws across the tom's face.
Without hesitation, she pulled out the last kit as gently as she could, and immediately after it was free she began frantically licking, trying to get the poor thing to breathe. A mantra began ringing in her head. Pounding. Until she couldn't hear anything else.
It will live. It will live. It will LIVE.
From the corner of her eye, she could see Violetstar losing another life. Perhaps she had failed her kin, but may Starclan damn her for the rest of her days if she failed Violetstar's kits!
Behind her, Bluepelt could barely watch, quickly turning away to focus his attention on the other kits. "All the rest are okay," he told the mother. "Five kits in total. Six, if that one lives."
Jetclaw The fighting was so loud that Yuccablossom almost didn't hear or even notice the she-cat interrogating her. Her brown ear twitched as she caught the end of the question and turned to answer, only for the words to die in her throat when she immediately recognized the imposing figure in front of her. "B-Burningstar?!" The tortie gasped, her eyes blinking in disbelief at the Nightclan leader. After a brief moment, she finally found her voice. "Her name is Juniperpaw! Please find her! I never meant for this to happen! I thought Riverwolf would help the clan!"
simplylight Oceanscent let out a hiss of pain as the blow hit his left shoulder, and he stumbled back before quickly recovering his balance. He turned to face his attacker, a large brute of a rouge he vaguely remembered being called Wright. "Riverstar will NEVER be my leader! I stand by my FATHER Chimerahunt!" Thinking fast, he noticed a small puddle on the ground from the recent rain and took advantage of it; quickly darting and slamming both paws down hard on it, sending a wave of water onto Wright's face. As the rouge flinched, the warrior swiped at Wright's front legs, knocking him off his feet.
HoneystormCleaver "Don't be stupid, Wy!" Tinybreath had finally found her siblings, her sister pinning her brother to the ground. She felt her stomach twist at the sight. This was wrong. This was so very, very wrong. For a second, all she could do was watch, and hope that Rustyheart could make Wyverndelirium change his mind. But it looked like the opposite was true.
"You won't hurt me."
That was the moment that Tinybreath came up behind her sister, and struck her brother across the face. Her claws were sheathed, but the sting was still there.
"She won't, but I WILL! Don't you see? This has to stop," tears poured down her face as she stared down at the sibling she had been so close to, who had always stood beside her through her most difficult moments. How had it come to this? "Does any of this look right to you? Riverwolf has made everyone miserable, and you're too proud to admit that you were wrong! You keep telling everyone that Chimerahunt didn't care, BUT YOU'RE NO DIFFERENT!"
Burningstar's attention had been drawn away for a moment preparing to go to Tuskblood turning back when Yuccablossom spoke up. "Right, Juniperpaw," she glanced at Tuskblood again, her daughter seemed all right for the moment.
"What does she look like?" Burningstar asked Yuccablossom quickly.
The tortoiseshell feline breathed in slowly. She had seen Chimerahunt, but said nothing to him. There was so much blood, but she knew this was her last life. Too many had went as the labor had progressed and into now. Pushing past the pain that radiated through every bit of her being, Violetstar shakily pushes herself up, and have a lick to each of the kits. She then turned her head slowly as the last kit gasped for breath, mewling loudly and nuzzling into Gravelshell.
Her eyes turned to the firstborn. The little kit was a tom, he seemed rather strong and active, and also the only tom of the whole litter. “Torrentkit.” Her eyes drifted to the second born. “Mistykit...” She then looked to the third, her breath shakily. The kitten had very fluffy long fur, and she looked exactly like Riverwolf would have if he were a kitten. “Streamkit... don’t.. let any cat hold Riverwolf against her... she’ll be identical.. tell her.. always she is loved...”
Violetstar had to pause, taking in another ragged breath. She bent and nuzzles the fourth. This one looked like herself... “Rhubarbkit...” She was beautiful...
The fifth, another whom looked like her. The two were almost hard to tell apart. “This.. will be Muddykit.” It was then that she turned to the last kitten of the litter, the one whom she’d given her last life to make sure she’d live. “This...” the dull colored calico kitten wiggled and mewed against Gravelshell, frantically looking for the smell of milk. “Will be Meadowkit.”
Violetstar began to speak again, using the last of her strength. “Chimerahunt.. no.. Chimerastar. Take care of them... They won’t have me.. promise me.” Violetstar seemed to sway slightly, struggling to keep herself up, her eyes beginning to glaze over again.
"He's a coward." Rustyheart's voice turned dark, all shreds of sympathy gone. As Tinybreath pulled back, the orange feline's claws dug into Wyverndelirium's shoulders, then released suddenly. She stepped back, staring at her brother with an icy look of disgust. "If you won't fight on the side of what is right, then get out. You don't deserve to call yourself a part of this clan." It wasn't a question, it was an order. Wy wasn't fit for WaterClan if he did couldn't fight against what he knew was wrong. He could prove her wrong, and finally help, fate left up to the winner of the battle, or he could never show his face here again, as far as she was concerned.
His pelt was torn and dull from a mixture of the battle and lack of nutrition while the cats that stood with Violetstar had been imprisoned. Rainpaw pelted towards the Medicine Cat's den, vowing to protect Violetstar with his last breath. As he butted through sprawling cats and kicked off a rogue that tried to lash out at him, the blue-grey tom saw pictures of his life flash in his memory. From the moment his siblings had passed away, to when the calico leader named him her apprentice. He saw their many training sessions where she taught him how to be a noble and skilled warrior. She had become like an adopted mother to him. She was all he had left...
As he burst into the den, his heart dropped to his stomach. "Violetstar?" He gasped out. He scrambled his way to the leader's side, passing his tongue through the fur on her ear. The glazed look in her eyes frightened him. Surely she wasn't going to lose a life? Right? "It's okay. Tuskblood has Riverwolf pinned down and the rogues look like they are backing off." He meowed hopefully, although the second half wasn't exactly true at the moment. "You'll be okay. Waterclan will be fine." His voice began to turn to a whimper as the hope in him sank into a pool in his belly. He glanced up to meet Gravelshell and Chimerahunt's eyes, searching somewhere in them for hope that she would be alright.
"Your leader is crazy!" Aela hissed as she felt claws meet her face, but she continued to push forward. Her eyes met Pierce's for a moment and she gave a grateful nod to her groupmate. She twisted over to slice her claws down Trench's cheek before turning to sink her teeth into Marina's shoulder. Luckily, the Sentinel training had been much more difficult than Mercenary training so she had picked up some extra skills.
Wright let out a yowl in pain as Oceanscent sent him to the ground. He fought to get back on his feet, but the other tom had him pinned. Snarling in rage, he battered the Waterclan cat with his hind legs, trying to escape his grip.
The small brown and white tom watched with wide eyes as the battle unfolded. He glanced over at the cadet beside him. She had grown over those past few moons and was ready to take her place as Waterclan's Medicine Cat. He gave her a small smile and silently vowed to continue to watch over her. His eyes trailed to the herbs at his paws and he gulped nervously. Roon had instructed him to give the herbs to Cadet Juniper for her to poison the tyrannical tom that took over Waterclan. Oh, Blind Protector. Is this the right thing to do? Meepo sighed at the thoughts before nudging the herbs towards Juniper. "Alright. You know what to do with these, right? Please be so, so careful." His voice was gentle and warm as he spoke to her. She had become a dear friend... Hopefully this would all work out.

"Maybe so!" Marina spat, "But I've worked too hard to lose this now! I'll follow the rules, and the laws state 'your leaders word is law!'" She rounded on Aela aiming to pin her to the ground.
@samiam Trench snarled at the attacks, before fpvusing on Pierce snarling as he came down on his side. Rolling back onto his paws and then going in to attack.
