Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
(Deputy Chimerahunt returns to WaterClan with the support of Renegade Regime and Tuskblood with his SummerClan relatives. They attack the clan and all cats who dislike Riverstar's rule join his side to drive out the leader. Riverstar is offered strengthening herbs by Juniperpaw, but the herbs are poisoned and he loses a life. The battle ends and he flees, only to be captured by RR. Meanwhile Violetstar goes into labor but loses her last life and leaves Chimerahunt as the new leader of WaterClan.
Please try and roleplay a former rogue supporting Riverstar for almost every cat you have supporting Violetstar/Chimerahunt!)
If anything, his time in prison had made him stronger - literally. The Regime had taken better care of him than he ever had and he had started to fill out his ragged ginger coat so his ribs no longer showed beneath. He stalked along the top of the cliff and paused along it, looking somberly down at his camp. A warrior had taken over it, but for no longer. Chim turned to look at the cats that had come with him, the Regime and his family and the damn SummerClan deputy. They were a large group and if enough cats rallied to their side, they had a good chance to take back the clan.
"Let's go," he told the group shortly. "Don't fight unless they attack first. That goes for you too, Evelyn." Chim wasn't much for speeches and he wasn't much for fighting, especially when it was his own clan they were attacking, but it might be necessary. He took a deep breath, clenched his jaw, then led his cats down the cliff and into the cave.
"Riverwolf, I hear you've been looking after the clan while I've been gone. That's mighty nice of you, but I'm home now."
Undertow's ears pricked at the voice and he looked up, he'd joined after Chimerahunt had disappeared but his eyes lit up at the sight. He could only assume this cat was the missing deputy from how he spoke. Oh this would be fun, the black tom slipped into the shadows and out of sight. He wanted a good view, and depending on who was starting to win he wanted to be able to side with them.
Turtlepaw's ears pricked and he turned his head, the part of his face that had been mutilated particularly his eye covered by a large leaf. His good eye widened surprised at the sight of the return of the WaterClan deputy.
Riptide a calico she cat with a scarred muzzle snarled up at the group abandoning her meal and straightening up. "You lost your place in the clan!" She spat up at Chimerahunt. "You come bringing nothing but a mish mash of outsiders and traitors, you are unworthy!" She shouted rising to her paws.
Her brother, Trench a ginger tom with his tail missing and a massive chunk of flesh gone from his flank and scarred over terribly joined his sister sneering up at the cats the stump of his tail jerking. "You were gone for a long time, why should we let you have your place back, especially with you having quite a lot of outsiders with ya." He rasped.
Marina a blue gray she cat that looked rather elegant despite the bite marks on one of her shoulders and legs hinting at a nasty encounter with a larger beast stalked out blue eyes narrowed. "Riverstar is our leader, begone." She said simply.

"Ah, Chimerahunt."
Cool brown eyes watched with mild interest as the former deputy showed up. "What a treat." Riverstar thought bitterly, but left his expression emotionless. His eyes narrowed at the rally of cats behind the tattered tom. Ah, the Regime. He had heard stories about the sly cats that lived in the tunnels, hiding away like rabbits from the rest of the world. His eyes shifted over to the burly black, grotesque looking cat behind Chimerahunt in disgust and then was surprised to see the Nightclan leader among the midst. "Looking after the camp for you, hm? Is that what you were thinking while you were lounging about growing plump with this...interesting...lot." He sneered with a lash of his plumy grey tail. "No, you are done here. The clan grew weak because of yours and Violetstar's poor leadership. I mean, just look, you can't even fight your own battles." His eyes narrowed with amusement as he swept his tail towards the snarling lot of cats.

Tuskblood watched the deranged cat speak, feeling a growl rising in her throat. What kind of pompous lark did they let into the clan? All kidding aside, she could never sit back and watch anyone take advantage of these cats, especially Chimerahunt. She stood back, next to her adopted mother and siblings, waiting for the rightful Waterclan leader to make his next move.
Burningstar had joined Tuskblood and Chimerahunt. Bringing Bloodtusk, Ironjaw and Berserkpaw along with her. She was glad Tuskblood felt she could turn to her when she needed to, the ginger she cat cast a proud look at her recently adopted daughter, before her expression turned severe. It was weird to not be the one running the show, but she was here to support, this was Chimerahunt's effort to lead, and she was here to ensure the safety of her family. And do what was right.
Riptide glanced towards Riverstar and nodded sneering up at the group. "You would drag WaterClan into the mess of weaklings it was before! We would never accept you back as our deputy much less leader. Isn't that right?" She glanced around at the other WaterClan cats and rogues looking for supporters.
"Good," Chim answered with an raspy laugh, "I've about had enough of this deputy thing. Violetstar can find her own deputy once we're done." He cast a slow glance around the camp, taking them all in. "Seems you got a few new friends yourself. They're a little scrawny, don't you think? Believe me, these tunnelers might not have a sense of humor, but they've got sharp claws. I don't really care if you want me back or not," he told Riptide with a casual glance, "if you don't walk out of here on your own we'll chase you out."
Riptide scoffed and tossed her head unsheathing her claws. "I think you find you have that backwards. You're going to be the one to take your mismatched brigade of losers, back to whatever hole you were in for the time you've been gone. We're the new and improved WaterClan, and we don't welcome or want you." Though her ears were flattening and she glared around looking for someone else to speak up. Teeth gritted in anger when she noticed few doing so. It seemed they hadn't ripped the weaklings completely out of WaterClan.

"Call us scrawny one more time." A large rogue with a dark brown ruffled pelt growled. Wright joined Waterclan after he heard of their strength from the others. He wasn't about to let this disappearing cat take over again.

"Such a shame you couldn't fight us yourself and had to get your friends killed." Riverstar sighed with a few 'tsks.' His eyes locked onto Chimerahunt's and he flicked his tail. "Waterclan, drive out these mice." His eyes flashed triumphantly as rogues leapt forward and began attacking the band of cats with outstretched claws. A smile crept onto his maw as the chaos unfolded. They will not win! I have nature on my side! I am the true god of Waterclan.
Riptide did not need to be told twice the calico she cat grinning barring her teeth the scar on her muzzle making her look demonic with the grin as she rushed to attack the group, her brother Trench at her side leaping into the fray.
Marina, the blue gray she cat began to move around aiming to attack the group at the flank.
Turtlepaw terrified by the attack hastily dashed away to find a rock to crouch behind shaking like a leaf, covering his ears and trying to be as small as possible.
From his hidden viewpoint Undertow's eyes lit up as he watched the attack. Well. It was time to see what Riverstar was really capable of.
Smokeynight needed no further invitation. Springing immediately at a Regime tom who just happened to be a little too close. He had caught the tuxedo tom off guard yet, he still managed to throw his weight around to send them both rolling.
Pierce, the black and white Mercenary that Smokey had foolishly attacked, had been more than ready to take him on. Despite his sickly state, he was some how still overpower the arrogant waterclan cat. "You'll have to do better than that!" He sneered a d he rolled to his paws and lunged for Smokeynight again
Bluestream, poked her head out of her and Riverstar's den, her blue eyes wide in horror as she watched the battle break out. Without thinking, completely driven by instinct the queen ran over to where her brother was being pinned down and rammed his attacked in the ribs giving Smokeynight a chance to get back on his paws. Looking around she stopped Turtlepaw running away, and qui kly followed after him just in case some of these cats tried to attack the wounded apprentice.
Turtlepaw seeing Bluestream immediately made a beeline for her, pressing in close to her. The mutilated too young apprentice pressed in close to her frightened. "I wanna go back to the nursery Bluestream," He cried. " idon'twannabeanapprenticeanymore."

A black mercenary emerged from behind the crowd of cats and leapt in front of Riptide. Lashing her tail, she lunged towards the calico and scored her claws down the rogue's side. Beryl's green eyes flashed and she quickly jumped away to avoid being hit by another fighting pair.
Riverstar slunk back into the crowd and circled, searching for Chimerahunt. He was going to take down that traitorous cat once and for all. His attention was momentarily diverted at the sight of Bluestream joining the fray. "You don't need to fight!" He yowled over to her, fearing more for their kits than her life really.
Chim rolled his eyes, flexing his claws impatiently. This was going nowhere. As Riverstar started the fight, he hissed but gestured for his army to attack -- though they had already begun. Some leader I am. At least he wouldn't have to lead any of these cats after this, so he decided not to bother being too ruffled about their ageny. He darted forward and ducked under a rogue's attack, heading for the dens to start searching for his leader. Violetstar had to be here somewhere.
"Over here!" Coralreef yowled from where she resided in the prison. She scrambled out of the den and tried to push her way past, but the rogue on guard, Lexington, growled at her to stay put. The blue she-cat ignored him, shoving her way past and heading toward the nearest rogue, Marina. "Get out of here, foxface!" Jetclaw
Lexington swallowed hard as he looked out at the fight. Everywhere cats clashed blood ran like a river. He had prepared for this, he knew what a battle was like, but it didn't make him feel any less sick to see it all.
Wy's eyes widened as he stared out at the tide. None of this made sense. His brother was back, his family with him, and... the Regime? The deputy stared at him, lost. Should he go fight his brother, or fight for him?
Marina snarled twisting as Coralreef slammed into her. She dug her claws into Coralreef taking the both of them down into a roll, clawing as they went.
Undertow spotting Wyverndelirium grinned and began to move like water through the shadows, shifting to sit beside him. "Like a dam Riverstar blocked off the river of negative opinions. But with no release it has burst," He noted wrapping his tail around his paws. "Now what will you do? Do you support the cat you named leader? Or do you support your brother whom you threw under the proverbial monster?" He asked eyes glittering, completely unbothered by the carnage.

His eyes finally fell on the cowardly cat. Riverstar stalked through the throng of screeching warriors until he was just behind Chimerahunt. "Where do you think you're off to? Going to go hide and seek refuge behind Violetstar's paws, hmm?" He growled lowly then rushed forward to barrel over the other tom.

Sentinel Aela had been standing near the commander when she heard Coralreef's snarl. She quickly accessed the situation and jumped towards Marina with claws outstretched.
Coralreef hissed as they tumbled and claws tore at her fur. She bit down on anything within reach, then yowled in rage as Acela join them. She had never met the Regime cats before. “Another rogue? Of course you don’t fight fair!” she spat, swiping at Aela.
Wy glared at his companion. “You don’t see to be fighting either. Maybe I should just take you down and decide later.”
Chim ducked away from Riverstar’s attack and threw him a frustrated look. “I don’t have time for this, Riverwolf,” he snapped. “Go attack one of those mercenaries with the black fur. I’d love to see them kick your tail but first I need to make sure she’s okay.”
"Shhh." Blyestream hushed, letting Turtlepaw curl up into her. Leaning over him protectively she began to lick his ears. "We. An go back to the nursery I'll keep you safe. I promise."

"Hey now! I'm fighting on your side!" Aela snapped, shoving Coralreef off of her and wincing at the pain that stung in the new scratches. She swiped towards Marina once more, landing a blow on the she-cat's muzzle.

"I don't care what you have time for now. Your time means nothing." He spat back, his eyes growing more deranged and wild by the moment. "Now, fight, you coward." Riverstar lunged forward once more, dragging his claws down the former deputy's side.

Chimerahunt had a lot of cats at his back, family especially. His siblings, Thunderstorm, Cerberusspirit, the escaped, and now returned Rustyheart, niece Motyxiatoxin, nephew Pinetempest, and more than that, Phoenixriver, the former WaterClan leader herself. Her silver tabby fur had dulled with age, but her fiery eyes were bright as ever as she threw herself into the fight, moving as if she were far younger than she appeared.
Violetstar was far from okay. Her labor had started. The feline had already been rather out of it, some kind of complications had caused her to lose three lives already the night before. It was torture, the pain and the back to back lives. Her eyes were glazed, and any cat whom would see her in this state would assume she were not going to live long, or that she had very little chance.
The tortoiseshell feline had raspy breaths, laying on her side.
She couldn't help but think of her mentor in such a manner. The leader should have known that Chimerahunt would return one day with a vengeance. She never did understand why he let him go, or better yet didn't send a patrol out to finish him off for good. Even if Riverstar thought that the former deputy was too afraid to ever return, it was always better to be safe then sorry when your powerful role was on the line. None the less, she wasn't about to change sides now. No. She was waiting for this moment. The moment to sink her claws into flesh and rip out chunks of fur. On top of that it would be worse if she jumped ship now. If she switch sides now and Riverstar won, she'd be branded a traitor. If Chimerahunt won, then he would question why the apprentice wasn't as naive as she usually was. So she jumped into the fray, landing on the closest cat she could find, who happened to be the former leader Pheonixriver and pinning her to the ground. "Why are you guys attacking Riverstar?!" The apprentice wailed out, the apprentice shivering ever so slightly.
