Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
( Shule visits DayClan camp with a few Regime cats to tell Glowstar that the Regime has taken up residence in the tunnels she gave RR seasons ago. Faith @atomheart simplylight Pinging you three for Glowstar, the Merc/Scout Superior, or anyone else you'd think would join Shule in this thread/DC cats to react. Thread is open to anyone else who wants to join in as well! c; )
Shockingly, this was one of those rare moments when Commander Shule showed up to DayClan and DIDN'T look like she was about to strangle Glowstar. Now, she still might, but at least as of this moment, that wasn't exactly the intention.
Her fur hung off her body dully, clearly, the Regime hadn't been fed well as of late, but given their temporary residence, well, that was certain to change. Already, the Regime had their first few proper meals in about a season, and Shule's eyes were bright and strong once more, she seemed to have the energy to actually walk without looking like she was going to blow over from exhaustion, despite the fact she hadn't slept all that well the night before.
"Glowstar." The mostly black she-cat's voice was as cool as ever as she called out for the leader, heading for the wisteria throne, only to notice she didn't actually see the she-cat anywhere.... "Where is Glowstar, anyway?" Shule looked vaguely surprised for once as she glanced around for her sister in law. Usually when she showed up, the Eerie was right up on the throne as usual. Had there been a divine disturbance causing them to miss each other? Because generally, she had to work to avoid the she-cat, not the other way 'round.
"Commander," The wistful voice ringing behind Shule was soft angel feathers and serene as summer breezes.
Glowstar's new form truly glowed, sun kissed strawberry blond fur melting into a balayage of lemon drop highlights. Vortexes of burnt orange swirled in circular swept patterns and hot pearly whites bloomed from her with such a glitzy reflection she almost seemed to shimmer. Despite the new appearance there was an undeniably recognizable aura about her. A familiarity to her that couldn't be denied from a timeless soul like hers. Just the way her aquamarine gaze stared into another was like she knew a person more than they knew themselves. A look only Glowstar could capture with a glance alone.
"You had said at the gathering you didn't know how I survived and I mean, I did, but I also got cursed into this sweet twig of a thing by day. It hasn't been bad though, when I leave the Enchanted Forest I'm still the old me," Glowstar reassured, "It's just you, Littlestar, and Funk E'tan that know though. The other ForestClan leaders haven't seen me in this new way."
Shule didn't need the actual explanation of who the cat before her was to realize in an instant it was Glowstar. It was just the nature of the Eerie that such a thing would happen, and the DayClan leader would see the Commander's shoulders lift and fall in a long sigh, as if she weren't surprised, resigned to the sort of things her sister in law would be getting up to. "Spend some time underground and the Regime could get that form fit enough, curses or no." She offered, "Though I'm not sure I should be giving you any help, given your general propensity towards chaos as it is."
Her tail twitched, eyeing Green for a bit. "While your new form is certainly something, I didn't come just to chat about you getting yourself cursed. The Regime has temporarily moved into the Underground Forest you gifted us. Our territory wasn't sustainable, so we're searching for something better, and spending our time here in the meantime. Since it is under your land, the Regime will allow DayClan cats specifically, to visit, so long as they've been approved by myself, our Chaman, or one of the Superiors." In a rare moment, the corner of Shule's mouth tilted up slightly in a smile. "You'll likely be interested to hear that your grandson, Bluejay's son Tundra, is our new Guider Superior. He elected to take Lex's last name of Silvius."
