Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
"Hurry, this way! We have to get there before the others or we'll lose the treasure!" Sunpaw bounded ahead of her companions and into the night. The world was an inky, deep blackness around them, ferocious clouds consuming the moon and stars, but the garden keeper apprentice was undeterred. She was on a mission and nothing was going to stand between her and the treasure she was sure was buried inside Watermouth.
When they arrived to the Southern Shore, she slowed down to take in the sight; the sea had retreated back towards the horizon, and where previously the lonely isle was surrounded by water, now a bridge parted the waves and led them straight to its mouth. The cave itself was exactly as it was described to her: Crystals embedded into the walls, gleaming brightly despite that Silverpelt was veiled tonight, and the shallow pool within reflected the colors off its surface. Sunpaw was enthralled by the beauty before her, but she forced herself to focus on the task at paw. "Alright, maggots! Look here, see that big crystal at the bottom? The treasure is underneath there for sure, soooo we need to get all of this water out pronto!" She stuck her front paws into the pool and began to eject pawfuls of water at the unfortunate soul standing behind her.
What treasure? What others? Honestly Weevilpaw didn't have a clue what his sister had been talking about when she suddenly accosted him in the middle of the night and practically dragged him halfway across the territory, but who was he to complain? Not like he had anything better to do except get a good night's sleep. With Sunpaw taking charge as per usual, the gray long-furred tom followed behind her at a casual stroll, not bothering to hurry up in the least. When they arrived at the cave, his yellow-green eyes widened in amazement at the glittering crystals surrounding them. He was also pretty surprised that Sunpaw actually wasn't delusional for once; credit where it was due - this place was cool.
Then she tried emptying an entire pond with her bare paws, and she was back to delusional again. He glanced over her shoulder, only to sigh when a giant splash of water hit him right in the face. It was way too late at night for this nonsense. "Sunpaw, I don't think that's going to work," he deadpanned.
Someone less amazing than her might have missed his comment beneath the splashing of the water she was tossing haphazardly behind her, but Sunpaw's extra sharp, legendary sense of perception caught Weevilpaw's deadpan. It didn't stop her; if anything, she only dug faster. "I can't hear you over the sound of me getting to the treasure first! Lalalalalala~" She sang away, growing louder when he tried to speak up, feverishly denying the fact that Weevilpaw was probably right as he tended to be. Soon, she wouldn't be able to, but Sunpaw wasn't about to let him win just yet. "I think the water level is dropping! Huh, maybe we should dig a tunnel? It could drain out into the sea!"
