Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.

woof Figured id leave this open ended so you can add in whichever cat you'd like. Daydreamers a go with the flow sort of dude as it is
The laziest tom in the clan, he wondered if anyone had started to catch on that he actually didnt do much of anything around here. He could be found on this particular day, a bit past noon, doing as he did almost every day. He was lazing in a sunny patch, somewhere where no one would bother him, but also where he could keep an eye on everyone just to see if anyone in particular looked like they could use a talk-to. No one could say he wasnt doing anything if he was sharing tongues, or so he figured. Mental and social health was just as important as physical, and it wasn't like they direly needed prey anyways. The charcoal bengal took a bite of the plump vole that laid at his paws, purring to himself at the thought of his cushy life, as though he let his mind wander often, it was a rarity for a bad thought to ever cross his path.
Quite the opposite, the ebony former rogue was probably one of the busiest cats in the clan as of late. Between caring for his six children, training his apprentice, and filling in where he was needed since Rosethorn, the former deputy and his sister-in-law, retired and left after her traumatic labor, Devotedcrow was exhausted. Growing up, warrior life had seemed to exhilarating and fun, but now he pined for those sweet, distant days of playing in the desert sands alongside his siblings. What he wouldn't give for a break-- and he found it in the form of Daydreamer, the toms making eye contact across the camp and Devotedcrow seeming to understand that he was also looking for someone to avoid work with. He made a beeline over to him and plopped down next to him, as if they'd planned a meal together all along. "Hope you don't mind some company. I just need to get off my paws a little while," he chuckled.

"Not at all," the charcoal tom purred, looking over his new company from the side of his amber-coloured eyes. "The daily grind finally knocking you down a bit, hmm?" he asked, shifting his weight so he could more easily speak to the black coated warrior. He had seen Devotedcrow, or rather glimpses of him, about the camp. Always running to and fro, never seeming to stop. Daydreamer couldn't imagine how he managed to keep himself that busy, but then again, he had never really been bothered to talk to him, even since the day he had joined. He didn't know much about the other at all actually, and normally he knew everything going on about the clan. How exciting.
"The daily grind is steamrolling me more like," laughed the warrior in amusement. "If I'm not chasing after Firekit, I'm chasing after rabbits and let me tell you, doing either of those things aren't easy with a bum leg." His humor was as obvious as ever, glistening clearly in the waves of his good-natured tone, as he took a bite of the prey slid his way before moving it back to his clanmate. He didn't know anymore about Daydreamer than the tom did him, but he'd seen the warrior lounging in this particular spot most days, often jealous of how others were able to relax. "You know," Devotedcrow hummed, introspective, after a moment, "I thought my life would get less busy when I joined SummerClan, but it seems to have gotten worse. Wanna trade places for a day...or a moon?"

The spotted tom watched the other with bated breath, always interested in a good story. He himself couldn't imagine following a kit around. The queens did it all day, and he thanked starclan that he had yet to have been enlisted to help. He had been especially surprised to even be considered for an apprentice the past moon, and really even that was much! He let out a laugh at the offer to trade, a humorous scoff escaping him, "If you're being steamrolled by your work load, I'm sure it'd have half the clan sitting in vigil for me in no time, working with Weevilpaw is about enough for me," he explained, humming to himself about the idea, "Maybe you just need to find a good hiding spot for a little while, theres plenty around!" he decided, "What had you so busy before clan life anyways? Singular life seems like it'd be easier..."
He stretched his legs out idly, the bone white tips of his claws scintillating in the warm midmorning light. "Weevilpaw seems like one of the least demanding apprentices," he mused. "I see him laying out here a lot too, if he's not squirreled away in one of the dens napping. Be thankful you weren't paired with my apprentice. Twilightpaw is a bright, capable apprentice for sure, but I often feel like she's the one working me harder. And we won't mention Sunpaw...." Ratstar's daughter was something else entirely. The outspoken, highly opinionated she-cat could be heard all the way across the territory when she started on one of her rants. At the very least, it was amusing. "Maybe I'll take you up on those hiding spots, but you'll have to show me where they are. I'm still learning."
Devotedcrow chuckled, his whiskers twitching at Daydreamer's question. "I wasn't on my own for very long. When I left SunClan to become a rogue, I formed a gang called The Syndicate, so it was a lot of keeping everyone in line and moving around so we didn't get chased off by bigger groups. I've never really liked being by myself." He glanced at the other tom and tilted his head curiously. "And you? Have you always lived here?"
