Hello! Our lovely Woof has stepped down a bit ago, and we believe it's finally time to start looking for a new MCA. Remember, if you already have a medical position, you cannot try out! As this is a staff position, some amount of activity is expected from you.
These tryouts will last for two weeks, ending on March 15March 23, or until we believe enough people have tried out! Cat Name & Bio ; Butterflykit/kiss ~ A large, fluffy brown and orange tabby she-cat with a white chest and legs and brown eyes. She is a bit bigger in size than most she cats but is also a lot more gentle. This feline is the quiet type that likes to keep to herself to the point of almost being shy, but if another feline were to talk to her she would be more than open at starting a friendship. Problem is her younger brother is overprotective of her so he tends to scare off most cats, which doesn't exactly help her social shyness. It's not so much to the fact she cannot stand up for herself, it's more like she isn't aware that her brother Regalcomet is the one that scares off most potential friends. After all he is really good at hiding this from his sister. Aside from her brother another worry most warriors habe about her is that she may not have the desire to want to fight or even kill another cat if need be. Not so much because she is a coward, but more in the fact she doesn't want to hurt anyone. Will she find a friend or mate that's brave enough to stand up to Regalcomet and help her overcome these issues?
- Hystericstar ; Would find her interesting and also help her open up herself and the world around her. Probably would help with the Royalcomet problem as well without even realizing it.
- Chestnutheart ; She would probably help Butterflykiss be less shy and help socialize the she cat (and chase off Royalcomet when he is being an absolute brat) She would more than likely be a nice second type of mother to the bigger cat.
Why do you want this position? ; I really love Medicine cats and love rping them. Not to mention Fallclan is a clan I am pretty active in as is so even more activity is nice! I also want to be mean to Royalcomet and actually help his sister to be happy and not alone
What is something that you would like to do with your character? ; She is a kit but if she is chosen as an apprentice I am cool with early promotion with her. I would also have to change the bio's for her and her brother if she is chosen as well as their dynamics but that's character development for you! I'd love to really flesh her and Royal out a bit more.

Cat Name & Bio ; Weaselkit/Shiver A cat of mystical origin, he seemed to just appear amidst the cats of Springclan on the coldest of nights, as if he blew in with the wind. He has a strange air about him, something quiet and wise, as if a much older cat lives within his small body. He has a penchant for memorization, be it borders or cats, herbs or the finest spots to hunt for prey. Its all locked behind seemingly tired eyes, pale blue as the sky before snowfall. Its his one talent, as he struggles providing for his clan in the ways of a warrior, being a stunted tom, with a scrawny frame, his dusky brown pelt draped across it, the fur on his legs growing darker only to be met with the contrast of snow-white toes. He has a pessimistic demeanor because of this, but tries his best and plans on aiding his clan as best as possible, regardless of his physical setbacks. This is him as he's younger, if moving to fall in a colder climate his coat will grow into a full himilayan look c:
How will your character work with... - Hystericstar ; He'd find Hysteric to be a colleague, especially with his experimental attitude, Weasel is very much a trial and error sort of cat, he's more interested in the long term health of his clanmates vs how much pain they have to be in now. (originally he was winters mc before they gave up starclan so he's a grin and bear it sort of healer) - Chestnutheart ; I can't speak for turtle but Weasel is a very troubled soul, so the two may end up developing a familial sort of relationship since Chestnuts bio talks abt always being the one to take care of her siblings and keep a chin up, where Weasel is a complete downer. It could provide some small conflict but Weasel is understanding above anything else, even if he's pessimistic he can throw out a guise of happiness if he needs. Like he wouldn't be overjoyed for a kitting queen, but he wouldn't be berating her yknow?
Why do you want this position? ; I love this character, he has my heart. He's the one I've always brought back whenever I come back to classic and I actually want to play him out as a full MC. Im also not in fall but im in all the other mountain clans and so why not. Weasel is currently in Spring but he'd be willing to run from his home to follow his life's calling.
What is something that you would like to do with your character? ; I always say I wanna do a cross clan MC plot, what it'll entail I'm not sure of yet. Ill be honest I have no other cats in fall and im not the most familiar with it so in total Id just really want to have some threads where he gets a feeling for his new life and those around him.
Oh yeah as a side note, is hysteric just a small sphynx or is he a bambino? I just saw his bio says he's smaller so I figured id check. C:

Username ; simplylight Cat Name & Bio ; Spiralkit / imp Grey and white fluff and a bright pink nose make up the characteristics of this little poprock. She's wily and sneaky, yet somehow got chosen for such an important role. Now how did that happen? Spiralpaw believes it was her own charm that seduced sweet Hystericstar and Chestnutheart to accept her. With just a little bat of her bright blues, how could anyone say no? This ball of candy fluff is known for her high voice, passion for her job, and sneaky ways. She tries so hard to be a good Medicine Cat Apprentice, but she can't help wanting to grab a few berries here and there and maybe some sweet honey. Spiralpaw has always struggled with that sweet tooth. She also loves the idea of someone dying from poisoning. I mean, how amazing would that be to watch? But, alas, she is a healer so she must resist. Link to Photo ; something fun How will your character work with... - Hystericstar- I think she will be obsessed with him and want to know all about his past. She will constantly be under his paws asking about poisons and such. In turn, I feel like he may be incredibly annoyed with her or find her endearing, or both ya know? ; - Chestnutheart- I think Spiralpaw would be confused by Chesnutheart because all she knows and loves is healing and herbs and stuff, but she won't understand why Chesnut didn't want that. She'll also always be trying to fatten her up and sneak sweet stuff in her food c'x I think Chesnutheart maybe would be equally as confused and maybe even exasperated with her apprentice ahaha ; Why do you want this position? ; because I love fallclan, I love the staff, and I am fairly active here What is something that you would like to do with your character? ; have her die a slow and painful death later on in life and probably have her cause a whole lot of unfortunate situations // also being hystericstar's secret spy would be fun
