She sat at the corner of the territory, her eyes focused forward. She had a... presence about her, one that was eerie beyond almost all doubt. The moonlight caressed her shoulders, turning her tabby pelt silver in the pale glow. Deep sapphire eyes slowly shifted across the territory, trying to absorb as much as she could. After all, she wasn't familiar with this land- a near total stranger. Her intentions were unclear, although the deep wound across her shoulder suggested that perhaps what she needed was help.
"It begins tonight," she murmured to herself, running her white paw across the bloody wound. She then placed it on the ground, smearing crimson in a small x. It was an odd thing to do, certainly, but the feline needed to know exactly where the journey started. Confident in her marking on the ground, she sat back down, waiting for her first victim to arrive.
