Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Wolftundra had decided he'd claim Stormyblzzard's kits. She was his mate, and it'd be there perfect excuse to get out of their marriage. All he had to do was wait until tehy were born and then he could divorce the cheating she-cat. Until then, he acted indifferent that his mate was in prison for treason. He wouldn't acknowledge her and would be happy if no one reminded him that she was his mate. By his side, as always, was his loyal pet. A prisoner that'd been placed in his care and that he'd melded into the perfect, loyal, pet. Rodent was even more loyal than the Demon Kits. The two were lounging in camp when they'd been asked to watch over the kits while the mothers went out to stretch their legs. Really, Wolftundra had gifted the job to Rodent, but the mothers hadn't been so happy to have the, technically, still a prisoner, watching over their little ones.
Harekit, being a young kit pounced on Wolftundra. “Tell me a story!” He said while bouncing on the dingy white warrior. He was used to his father Smokesignal, a large and loving father who perhaps overindulged his kits. So he clearly did not understand most cats didn’t love to be climbed on. But he was young and still had a lot to learn.
Rodent lied loyally beside Wolftundra, his head raised to keep his attention fixated on the kits so that his owner could relax. While at first it started as a prisoner relationship Wolftundra had succeeded in turning him into his loyal docile pet. Fully trained to adoringly follow every order without complaint, even staying at his side when he had ample room to escape.
"Hey," Rodent said testily as he plucked Harekit off of Wolftundra's back, "Your father needs his down time, you can play with me instead."
Rodent didn't look like the other cats in WinterClan, he was a rare sepia bengel cat with pretty oceanic blue eyes and short fur. Still the tom seemed to have built up quite an endurance for the cold, never shivering once. "How about you help me build up defense barriers to protect the other kits in the nursery from kit thieves," He suggested to Harekit before giving Wolftundra a teasing smirk at the irony of his statement. After all he had been trying to steal kits from WinterClan's nursery when he had been caught and imprisoned. Now that felt so long ago, something he had long since learned to never try again.
