Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Ravenpaw waited for some of the other cats to gather around, mentors and apprentices alike. He came up with a little game for them to play to hopefully get to know each other a little bit better, and relieve some stress. He was up all night carving notches into pieces of bark, coming up with the the rules for it, and finding some rather unique items, but he was just about ready now! So he called to all in the Shadowhunter Academy before he began to explain the rules... Gonna hop out of character for the explanation. So there are going to be nine piles of cards with one to thirteen notches. Each person will get to pick three piles and guess if the next three cards will be higher, lower, or the same. The reward/punishment depending on how many you get right.
If you get none right, then the cat before you gets to dare you to do something.
If you get one right, you get to pick someone to dare you to do something.
If you get two right, then nothing happens. You're safe!
If you get all three right, then you get to make someone else do something
So what can you dare/make them to do? You have two big options:
You can double someone's risk, so the next time they play whatever result they get is doubled. Ex. Cat A gets 3, and doubles Cat B. Cat B gets none, so they get dared twice. But if Cat B gets 3, they now can give out two dares/risks! You can make them do something/say something/whatever you want. You can come up with your own, but Ravenpaw spent his day finding some objects for you to use!
A few gags
A piece of wood with fire carved into it. You get to make someone be a Sun Clan priest and all the ridicule that comes with it!
Some rather murky/sketchy looking water and some slightly rotten food
Balls of thorns
Mystery berries. None are too toxic, but all taste terrible/will give you nausea at the very list.
The cards picked for each pile replace the current top card. The winner of the game is whoever loses the least! Ravenpaw has a special prize for them!
The board is going to be posted on the next one, along with the current leader/loser board. The program we're using to pick the numbers is here. Enjoy! Please feel free to ask me any questions! Ravenpaw paused and took a deep breath. "So does that make sense?" He looked around the room at the gathering cats. "If not, then figure it out. It's not that hard." He looked to the cat to his right. "You go first. I'll dare you if you get none right."
