Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. racerFlurryofstarsbluejay DayClan had been hit by a particular strong blizzard this week, which meant absolutely no hunting. The blizzards were survivable, but the fact that the territory was so wide open any cat could get lost, dying from the elements because they simply didn't know how to escape it. This meant that DayClan could only hunt in Cadence Valley, which wasn't enough space to feed everyone. Which was why Glowstar arranged for scavenging patrols to hug along the back of Endless Falls and into two-leg place to scavenge for food, fish, anything they could find to bring back. This was a largely typical tradition, but they needed more scavenging recruits.
"Dizzypaw, Mothpaw, Leopardpaw, would you three be interested in being a part of the scavenging patrol? You might end up liking it and decide to become full time scavengers, but for now it's just a volunteer patrol if you three would be interested," Glowstar purred, but there was clear interest in her marine eyes for her daughter Dizzypaw to join.

“Whoa whoa whoa! You’re asking me to go outside? As in outside the camp!?” Mothpaw gasped. Of course he wanted to make Glowstar proud and he had been practically paw-picked for this task but- “Do you know how dangerous it is out there!? What if we ran into a mouse or a dog or something?” Turning his head to Dizzypaw and Leopardpaw, he waited for them to agree with his concerns. “Wouldn’t that be scary, guys?”

Dizzypaw jumped to her feet, her paws scrambling for several moments until the got underneath her as she raced over to her mothers side "Boy would I?!?!?! Of course Glowstar" the clumsy young she-cat hadn't been progressing very well in her training, in fact it was almost as if she was sliding backwards. She was having trouble with even some of the more basic tasks like gathering moss "No way, I'm not scared of anything" she puffed out her chest giving it a quick lick
