Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Vantapaw is from MoonClan so it is really important that they start training in the ways of SunClan so that they can return to MoonClan as rays as warriors. At least that is the plan in the minds of SC cats. Hauntedpaw is the daughter of Ryn and Marvelstar, so Dragonfly should naturally be a bit more careful with this one. Any way have fun, and do your best to teach him the ways of SC

Vantapaw tapped his foot impatiently as he waited for his mentor. The black tom had gotten what he wanted, but he still wasn't overly happy to be here. He should be ecstatic, but now there was more loaded on top of it than he wanted. Sunclan. Moonclan. Loyalty and betrayal. It was annoying. He bit down on one of his front claws. A true spy, double agent or whatever. He could have called Moonclan boring, but it was better than starving here.
Dragonfly was a mentor. The knowledge whizzed around his mind like a trapped bee, reminding him again and again, every time his thoughts started to drift. Was this the most exciting day of his life? It just might be.
The lean white tom trotted over to his apprentice and schooled his impression into a professional mini-grin. "Are you ready to start training? We're going to focus on Everything SunClan," he explained cheerfully, "first and foremost."

Oh. Boy.
This was going to go swimmingly. The other tom looked like Vantapaw's complete opposite, white fur instead of black. It almost made him look more suspicious next to Dragonfly. He was also a bit too cheerful, but the dark apprentice bit his tongue. He needed all the information he could get. "Yepperu. Mr. ... uh..." He said in his mostly fake cheerful voice.

And he seemed to fall for that too? Vantapaw admittedly began to feel skeptical if this tom could teach him anything. But there was no point in already going and trying to find someone else. The life of a traitor made his pawsteps more calculated.
So he shook his head. Everyone knew he came from Moonclan, or he at least figured they did. "Not really." Vantapaw tilted his head, one ear drooping slightly on itself. He knew a little from what his parents had told him but they were never specific. "Can you explain it to me, Dragonfly? I don't wanna make a fool of myself already."
"Of course, that's my job! We'll have you caught up in no time," Dragonfly assured him breezily. "Come on, let's walk while we talk." He started to lead the way out of the camp, his short tail flicking from side to side as he thought.
"Well, the easier parts of the code are the first two rules: listen to your High Priest, even if you disagree. The only cat who can overrule the High Priest is the Sun God. He's the only cat you can worship here."

Vantapaw didn't congratulate himself yet, following after Dragonfly easily. They weren't very far, but the pace of walking back and forth from the solar and lunar clans had left him ready for this. And he listened, blue eyes wide as he stared up at Dragonfly. He wondered what happened if he pushed the boundary, just a little. Was Sunclan strict on that, or more easy going? Only one way to find out fast enough for the impatient tom. "So what happens if I act out against the High Priest? We'll surely disagree at some point, after all."
