Tangledpaw and Divinepaw go to the river with skipping stones to see if they can catch any fish <3
Tangledpaw came to their date spot early, his curly ginger fur groomed even though it was already starting to frizz outwards from the heat. He had brought her a small crystal as a present that he found while out exploring. It wasn't much but he hoped whomever he had been paired up with would like it. He shuffled his paws slightly, waiting on his date to show up. @samiam
Divinepaw was running as fast as she could, already panicking seeing how late she was to her first date. How was she supposed to get pregnant if she couldn't even make it to her date on time? Slowly to a stop as the river came into view she caught her breath be strolling leisurely up to the ginger tom. "Tangledpaw?" she asked in disbelief but she wasn't disappointed at all. At least she was paired up with a fellow Bloodystar fan.

"Divinepaw?" he greeted warmly, a big goofy grin spreading across his face. He leapt to his paws, stumbling over his own paws as he ran forward to greet her. Putting his nose up against hers "I wasn't expecting my blind date to be you, but I am glad that it is!" his fuzzy tail swished behind him in excitement. The apprentice pregnancy pact amongst the girls was no secret, and neither was the one that the boys made. They had all decided that by the end of the romance festival, he would become a father one way or another. Having her as his date would hopefully make things go much smoother "You look beautiful" he purred
The sandy tabby and white she-cat hadn't been expecting her date to be so enthusiastic about this, and deep down she was secretly nervous of the implications of their date though there was no way she could back out now. She had made a promise to her friends and ultimately the Sun God. She had taken the herbs as Bloodystar told the warriors to do, so she was ready for... whatever this was leading to.
"Thank you, and you look handsome as always she purred" her pelt brushing his as she moved passed him to sit on the river's edge.

Tangledpaw grinned, honestly he wasn't really sure what they were supposed to be doing either, but he wanted make Bloodystar proud. After all he had paired the two of them up to start a family of their own, so he would whatever was required of him "This is my first date" he admitted after a moment, trying to be honest with his date "So I'm sorry if I do something wrong, but I will try hard to make sure that you have a good time" he smiled looking towards the river "We are supposed to catch some fish to take back, but I have never done that before either" he added with a nervous laugh. She was going to think her was an idiot, but at least he wasn't going to lie to her
"Mine too" she confessed, keeping her blue eyes fixed on the river, nervously scuffing her paws against the stone. "I'm sure it'll be fine though" she said, suddenly perking up as she turned to face her fellow apprentice. "I'm sure it can't be too hard to catch a fish, it's gonna be fun!"

Tangledpaw nodded up and down, leaping onto one of the rocks in the river and moving over so that Divinepaw could join him without getting wet "Yeah how hard can it be? I mean other clans catch fish all the time" the curly haired tom crouched down waiting for his date "I have never tried a fish, but I bet they are super yummy"
Divinepaw leapt onto the rock beside Tangledpaw, using her claws to grip the slippery stone in an attempt to steady herself. "Have you seen a fish in this river?" she mused aloud. She hadn't been to the river much personally but she hadn't seen any finish since they'd arrived. "Maybe if we keep really still the fish will come. That's how fishing works right?" she asked giving him a gentle nudge.

Tangledpaw was crouching down when she nudged him gently, unfortunaly that was all it took to unbalance him. His paws flailed wilding through the air trying to grip at anything, but only catching on his date. He incidentally pulled her right along side of him into the river. He screamed, thrashing in the water "I'm drowning" blowing bubbled in the water as he tried to suck in air.
That is until he realized that he could just stand up. They had fallen towards the shore, where the water was more shallow and slow, as he pushed himself up stll dizzy. He moved quickly to Divinepaw's side 'I'm sooo sorry, here let me help you up" he pleaded, trying to help her to her feet
