(Yeah <3 Right now shes having a hard time with all this) Fallingleaves really couldn't deny her pregnancy any longer, the swell of her stomach becoming more pronounced and starting to show through her fluffy coat. The kit's father didn't know about their existence yet, nor had she spoken to any of her family about what was going on. She had been mostly avoiding camp, most of the clan only getting rare glimpses of her dropping off food and leaving, which wasn't all that odd for her.
Raredream had been worried about his best friend. For a while now, she's been ignoring him, avoiding anyone and everyone and in general, just being a recluse. It was unlike her. And that worried him more than anything. The tom was stalking through camp, searching for the she-cat in question. Asking her family, their clanmates, anyone if they'd seen the she-cat and all came up empty pawed for answers. That is, until little Inkpaw mentioned seeing Fallingleaves leaving camp earlier. It was a lead, but not much to go on since the apprentice hadn't been paying much attention to the direction the warrior had taken. With a chance, and his heart as his guide and worries in mind, the blue-grey tom headed towards the White Tree.

Luckily for Raredream he was on a collision course with the she-cat he was searching for. She had dropped off her catch, and had headed off towards White Tree with Sprout hot on her heels. She was moving more slowly than normal today, trying to stave off the nausea that had been plaguing her. If she wanted to go and tell the kits father, she would need to do soon before it became to difficult for her to travel on her own. Hearing approaching footsteps, Fallingleaves left the path circling back around as she spotted raredream. She smiled slightly, leaning down and motioning as Sprout came bursting out of the bushed chittering loudly and nipping at his paws before Fallingleaves emerged "Looking for someone?"
(psst who's Sprout? Also Raredream would so volunteer to go tell the father in her place if need be lol)
Raredream nearly collapsec in relief when he spotted the she-cat he'd spent all day looking for. A soft, relieved smile graced his lips as she sighed. "Yea, you. Couldn't find you anywhere and I was worried. I...." How did he approach this? He didn't have any clue what was going on or what he should say. Did she not like him anymore? Was he an annoyance to her? The tom had always feared the day she realized he wasn't ever going to be as great as her, but the tom would forever remain loyal to her, even if they were no longer friends. Raredreams didn't have it in him to abandon her, no matter what happens. She could nearly kill him and he'd still follow her to the end of the world, that's how loyal he is.

Fallingleaves smiled a little bit, "Sorry for making you worry" she replied taking a seat with her tail folding over her paws as her ferret came and sat down on her tail playing around in the fluff "I have just been busy" the red she-cat leaned down to lick Sprout on the top of the head "As you can see though, I am finie"
"Oh, well guess I shouldn't have worried then. You always turn out just fine!" He smiled at her, relieved that she was alright, but still couldn't place this nagging feeling that something was wrong. Raredreams realized a little late though that what he said could be taken as flirting. Blushing he tried to cover his mistake of letting his feeling show through. "Not-not that you're not fine but...or fine looking I mean! Just tha-that you.. um that you're okay is what I mean....I..er.."

The red she-cat chuckled at him being flustered, as she reached up and gently booped his nose "You always were quite cute when you were flustered" she tooked a step back, realizing her mistake a little to late. She and Raredream had always been close, but she had been with another. She shouldn't have gotten his hopes up... Sighing she turned to Sprout, leaning down and whispering something before the ferret went running off through the underbrush "I should get going.... You probably shouldn't be seen hanging around me"
He was confused now, the boop wasn't anything new. She'd done that plenty of times in the past, they were best friends. Normally it just left him blushing, as it was now, but he...he was confused too. Why couldn't she be seen with him? Was something wrong with him? Had he done something and not realized it? "Fallenleaves? What..what do you mean? Why can't you be seen with me? Did I...did I do something wrong?"
