"Can we have them now?" Passionatekit squeaked, rearing up and placing his paws against his father's legs. "We've been on our very best behavior, right bro?" The tabby said as he looked over at Astutekit. "We even cleaned between our toes!"
Astutekit nodded his head, more curious about what their gifts were than getting anything. Maybe dad had found a stinkbug? It'd be cool to watch and observe it. Or anything really. The little kit would love any gift so long as it was interesting to watch and didn't scare him.

"Okay kits let me go grab the presents." The tom turned around and pulled this big leaf from near the shrubbery where it had been hiding in. On the leaf were quiet a few different interesting items including over ten different kinds of bird feathers of various sizes and colors, a beautiful blue ribbon, a small bouncing ball, and... a small frog? "I happened to have found the ball and ribbon out of camp by chance but thought you guys would love them. The feathers I figured you would have fun messing with and learning what bird they came from...or chase them around camp. The frog....well he is an added surprise to even me. Guess he wanted to say hi." The frog gave a few ribbit sounds before lightly hopping off of the leaf towards the kits.
