Nocturnekit was chasing a feather around the nursery, the hard floor felt strange under his paws, having been used to the grass their old camp had offered them, but his mother had warned him and his litter-mates of the changes her leadership would bring to MoonClan. He just hadn’t expected this to be one of them. At least they were still using the same materials for bedding that they always had. He didn’t know what he’d do if that had changed too. Already bored of chasing his feather the dark bengal made his way to the exit, Down the stairs carefully and out into the courtyard, he just hoped none of The Clave had seen him go.
