His body was like a multicolored streak of fur, flying after an even smaller streak. It was easy to run so low, and so fast among the hills of the Rabbit Warrens. He could practically taste victory in his mouth as he sprinted forward. Closer, and closer. Almost there. Something made him stumble then, a loose pebble probably. The calico tom sucked in a breath of shock as he came tumbling forward. Getting up, he cursed heavily, his pelt spiking up with annoyance. The fluffy tipped tail of a bunny disappeared from his view; making him tremble with agitation. After all that time of chasing it, wasted. Smolderingbrazier narrowed his amber gaze and flattened his ears against his head.
