Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.

(Hard-Mode Prompt - Start a fight. If my cat wins, nothing happens. If my cat loses, they lose one of their five health points.)
Newsnarl was feeling really good. He'd been spending more and more time on his fighting skills and he could already see an improvement, but practicing alone wasn't enough for him to confirm it. He needed a sparring partner for that. Someone that wasn't going to go easy on him either. He wanted a real fight and he was determined to start one. So, as he entered the camp and his eyes landed on the first cat he found, he decided they'd have to do. "Hey, you!" he shouted as he walked up to them. "I swear I haven't seen you move from this spot in a moon. Do you just lay around all day doing nothing or what?" It didn't matter to him if he was starting a scene or not. In fact, if things went well it would mean more of his clanmates would see how strong of a warrior he was because he was absolutely not going to lose.
"You talking to me?" Firefly asked sharply, the ginger somali tom lifting his head and fixing Newsnarl with a look, "Last I checked you haven't been here a moon! Much less to talk to me like that."
He got to his paws and flexed his claws. "I know you're new to the whole clan thing, so I'll give you a chance to apologize." He said. "Otherwise, I'll gladly take you to the training hollow and show you what for." He said tail lashing.
Softpelt paused noting the scene going down, frowning softly. "Now, now, you're both clanmates. There's no need for such cutting words."

“Stay out of it!” He snapped at Softpelt, fur bristling with real irritation now. So maybe Newsnarl hadn’t been in the clan very long, but he didn’t know Firefly was counting the days that he was. “Apologize?” He scoffed, fixing his flaming eyes on the Somali. “I might be new, but I know a useless cat when I see one. If you want to prove me wrong though, by all means take me to the training hollow.”
Softpelt drew back at the snap, eyes narrowing as she frowned. The fluffy white she cat looking irked by the sharpness of his tone.
Firefly scowled. "I'll show you a useless cat! Come on! Let's take it to the training hollow!" He said whirling around and heading that way.
"This is not how we handle disagreements in SpringClan!" Softpelt protested, the fluffy white she cats worry growing. she looked around trying to find some way to defuse this situation. But Jetstar was out on patrol along with Goldengriffon, and though several cats were drawn over by the commotion no one was really making a move to step in.
"Well, apparently Newsnarl needs that smacked into his head!" Firefly shot back. "Let's go, unless you're a mouseheart!" Firefly hissed at Newsnarl, before taking off towards the training hollow in a run.

(Sorry this took me ages to respond to. I will be much faster now! <3)
Grinning at Firefly's enthusiasm, Newsnarl made to follow after him, only stopping mid-step as Softpelt spoke her concerns once again. Trying to force down the immediate irritation he felt from having to deal with someone as soft as their name implied, he turned to her with the intention of reassuring the she-cat so that he could be on his way.
"Let's go, unless you're a mouseheart!"
Suddenly his grin felt strained and one of his eyes began to twitch. "Relax, Softpelt. This won't take long." Turning his attention to the tom's retreating form, a scratch of anticipation crept through him. "2 seconds top and then we can all go back to singing kumbayas." Then he pushed off the ground into a sprint, unconcerned about burning himself out.
"In a hurry to get knocked on your butt, eh Firefly?" he called after him.
