(I was reminded today when I found this family sitting in my Google drive that I had intended to add it months ago. So better late than never)

* note this family is sort of related to the Seablossom family in Fallclan but that’s only because of Greyocean’s adopted sister but this fact is otherwise unknown to everyone but him. This family is clean from mega family, Funk, and Deal and I would like to try and keep it more so that way. Also these cats while not directly related to Deal had some distant cousins related to Deal through one of Greyocean’s former mate’s Lionhawk, but these cats are not related because Lionhawk and Lionhawk’s litter are no longer living.

So this family stems from my Brookclan leader Silentstar. I always loved this family and was quite sad that it died off with Brookclan. So to bring a little bit of old Brookclan back to Swiftclan I decided to create this family for pure nostalgic purposes but also because I love the dynamic of this family and what I had created for Dandelionbloom. The grandfather raised his family to be blissfully unaware of who he actually is and what destruction he had caused. They were only told that he was born in Brookclan and briefly lived there. They are were all raised with stories about Brookclan prior to it becoming the monarchy and about Starclan. They are unaware that Brookclan became a monarchy after their grandfather left. The grandfather who is like a patriarch of the family has become old and is starting to have memory issues. So the family thought it would be better to live in one of these clans that he spoke of rather then to be traveling on their own especially after the birth of Soliel and Frozenearth’s children.

a tall dark smokey Bengal pelt that would of once made the tom appear regal had now dulled over time. White heavily speckles his muzzle and creeping up his face. His eyes once the color icy blue have dulled and become slightly cloudy over time. He is a story teller and loves to captivate his family with stories of his childhood. It’s unknown if these are memories or made of tales. While he adored his mate a former loner named Wisteria when she was still alive. He always carried around the emotions of pain, sorrow and shame like he had regrets. He was equally heart broken when he lost his daughter Lionstrike so quickly after losing Wisteria.

SECOND GENERATION [ Greyocean’s children / senior warrior aged ]

The only surviving child of Greyocean and Wisteria’s litter. She is the aunt to Dandelionbloom, Stormyshore and Frozenearth. She became like a second mother to the three siblings after her sister Lionstrike passed when they were very young. She never understand why the death of Lionstrike seems to always bring more added pain to her father. She was also the first one out of the family group to welcome Soliel with open arms. She never really entertained the idea of settling down because she was too busy raising her sister’s children and they were always on the move.

Lionstrike always says Dandelionbloom was named after her father but her aunt and grandfather had never be able to confirm this information.

named after the snow storm her litter was born in. Stormyshore has always been a bit more volatile. She had been the closest with her mother and never really got over her death. She is always quick to blame Dandlionbloom’s fear of swimming as the reason for there mother’s accidental drowning even though it was totally a freak accident. For this she likes to dare her sister. Causing a slightly unhealthy bitter rivalry between the two. Both of them trying to prove something. Stormyshore often makes fun of Dandelionbloom’s fear much to her brother and aunt’s disapproval.

he was named after the season him and his siblings were born in. natural born wanderer who can’t sit in one place. The death of his mother when he was younger made him want to avoid his family so he started taking small field trips. His small little trips away from his family is how he met Soliel. She wasn’t very friendly at first but he kept showing up. Bringing her flowers and melting her frosty exterior. He loves to exaggerate his stories and stretch the truth to impress Soliel and his children. When he was younger he often played mediator between his two sisters often breaking up their fights.

a former kittypet that had fallen in love with Frozenearth. Fascinated by the tales he told her about fighting off dogs. Hunting mice and catching fish. She left her pampered life behind to be with Frozenearth and her family. She still worries about her Twolegs and sometimes misses her pampered life, but would never leave her mate and her children. When her and Frozenearth’s children was born she insisted on giving them kittypet names. An argument she has frequently with her mate. She still disapproves of her children taking on warriors names but was the smallest bit pleased that they kept their original names. She dislikes that Noirkit hangs around Greyocean and believe the old tom is a bad influence. She is a Manx cat like her daughter Papillonkit.
FOURTH GENERATION [ children of Soliel and Frozenearth ]

Originally going to by the name Amour. She was named after the love that brought her parents together. Like her aunt Dandelionbloom she had a love and appreciation for nature. If she could live vegetarian she would try. She would be the first to save a baby bird that had fallen out of its nest instead of making it lunch. She is like her aunt’s Dandelionbloom’s mini shadow. She sometimes forgets that she is following her aunt and accidentally sneaks out of camp.

Originally was called Noir. He was named after Soliel’s favorite time of day. He was the only boy born in his litter and he hates it. He feels over crowded being in a litter of only girls and having 3 aunts. He is very close with his dad often begs for his attention. He is also the only one in his litter that isn’t scared of his grandfather. He believe Greyocean is just old and crazy as a bat, but that’s the joy in it. His great grandfather’s stories fuel his imagination. He eventually will learn who is great grandfather is and possibly what he has done. What he does with this information is up to the rper. He also loathes being Fleurkit‘s personal assistant but continues to go along with it unwillingly if it means he gets to hang out with her friends.

Originally going by the name Fleur. She was named after the beautiful flowers that Frozenearth used to bring Soliel every time he went to visit her. She is the golden child. The popular one that is too cool to be caught hanging with her family. She surrounds herself with the most popular cats in town. She likes to pick on her brother Noirkit. Even though he’s like minutes older than her. She’s claimed him as her personal assistant/body guard. In return she allows him to hang with her friends but doesn’t extend the invitation to her other two sisters.

Originally going by the name Papillon. She was names after the butterflies that frequented Soliel’s garden when she was still a Kittypet. She became the natural born leader of her siblings. Rallying them to join her in her antics and being the main source of her parents anxiety. She can be loud obnoxious and in your face if you make her angry. She would be willing to fight you at the flick of an ear, but she is overly clumsy. Running into a fellow clan mates, tripping over someone’s paw or accidentally stepping on someone’s tail she had done it all. She was the only one born with no tail like her mother. So she always blames her mistakes on her missing tail.

I would like to keep this family active so if the character isn’t added in a timely manner, you are not active with your character or it frequently becomes deleted in an AC I will reserve the right to adopt them back out. Also please do not move the characters from Swiftclan. This family is rather close and has been relying on each other to survive so it would be uncharacteristic for them to leave their family behind to go somewhere else.
