Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
It had been quite a while since Fallingleaves had been to SpringClan... After spending a lot of time with Pumpkinking over the summer, the two of them had to go their separate ways as the cold weather began. It was a long trek from DayClan to SpringClan, and her usual route through the tunnels became rather dangerous once the snows began. She could easily get stuck inside, or get buried in it. They had agreed to wait until new leaf to see one another again, but it seemed like fate had other plans. Fallingleaves had tried denying it. She had tried hiding it. But there was no lying about it now, as her belly continued to grow with each passing day. She had went back and forth about what to do next and if she wanted to tell Pumpkinking about the news. She couldn't leave DayClan to be with him, she had family there that needed her. Her brother... Her biological mother... and her mother had just become leader now that her grandmother had died. It had been a hard pill to swallow, especially after Sprout had had her first litter of pups. Every time she saw them it reminded her of Glowstar, and how she had finally agreed to face her fears and help raise a ferret pup to over come them.
It was only after talking with her best friend in DayClan that she had found the courage to find Pumpkinking again. He had been nothing but kind to her, and at the very least deserved to know the truth, so that they could work through this together. She waited by the border, keeping heself hidden in the hopes of catching a glimpse of him.
Pumpkinking was on a patrol, but he'd lagged behind the group he was with pausing to sniff at every hole he passed. This was the area he and Fallpaw had been looking for ferrets over the summer after all. Maybe he'd catch something interesting he could tell her about.
As he neared where she was hiding he paused to sniff another hole, sticking a paw in to try and see how deep it was before pulling it back not able to touch the bottom.
But he couldn't smell any ferrets or weasels, even when he practically stuck his nose in the hole to try and pick up any traces.

"Still looking for ferrets?" Fallingleaves chuckled, stepping out into view after she was sure that they patrol had moved on and it was safe for her to do so. Her fluffy fur was sleek and shiny, her rounded belly sticking out and rather unmistakable. It was rather easy to tell that she was pregnant, having waited for far to long to make this journey to tell Pumpkinking about the imminent arrival of his kits. Just in case things didn't go as expected she had told Moltenmidnight where she was headed, and what they were going to talk about. If she didn't return he would come searching for her...
She sat down tail wrapping around her paws, accentuating her swollen tummy further in case it hadn't been clear enough "I don't think you will find any there this time of year. Most are still nested deep underground"
