"Come on, let's get a move on, Electricpaw." Blacksmoke was nervous about having his own apprentice. The young tom was quite blatantly average at everything and knew that. Could he meet the clan's expectation of him as a mentor with not even a single thing he excelled in? He wasn't sure but wanted to get to training right away without hesitation.

It was alright that Blacksmoke was average. So was Electricpaw, so it seemed. The gold and gray tomcat kept to himself and his family, and all he seemed to do was interact with them, and that was about it. He didn't have any clear purpose to anyone, let alone SunClan, and who knew what the tom was really like?
His gaze swept around the area, lingering on their surroundings for just a touch too long to be a casual glance, before eventually following after his mentor. Electricpaw hoped his littermates weren't getting themselves into too much trouble without him. They were prone to do dangerous things, he knew, under the radar of SunClan, and he didn't want them putting themselves in harm's way too much.

"Are you ready for training today?" He asked his apprentice awkwardly. He had never interacted much with the apprentices since promotion and felt a bit awkward knowing he had a new responsibility and was in charge of this young cat from today onwards. Blacksmoke had decided to start with some basic battle training and then basic hunting to get an idea of where he was in his training.
