Silverfringe looked over her kits, inspecting their pelts with a critical eye. She expected each of her children to be both skilled and beautiful, holding them to the highest standards "Today we will practicing your hunting crouches and stalking" she murmured, nosing each of them gently before rising to her paws. As strict as she was, she loved each and every one of her kits wanting to give them their best shot at a good life by starting their training from a young age. She expected them to have good manners, and to work hard towards becoming strong warriors, so that when their father came back he would be proud "Once I have seen your form, we will have a little competition between you. The winner will get to choose what we eat from the fresh kill pile tonight" [Just an rp between Silver and her kits NovaHoneystormPhantom]

Harmoniouskit had puffed his chest out proudly as his mother looked them over. The small kit had always taken pride in the way his pelt shined, and absolutely detested getting it dirty in anyway. He knew his mother would be just as proud as him. He sat as still as possible. A well-behaved kit knew how to show their excitement in a polite and respectable way. He wouldn’t jump around or twitch like others. Harmoniouskit remained as still as possible she listened and nodded along to his mother’s statement before he rose to his paws. “I’m sure you’ll be quite pleased, mother.” He said with a soft mew. “We won’t let you down”

In contrast to her well put together brothers, Havenkit slouched under he mother's attentions trying to push away her mothers muzzle as she groomed some of the mud from her paws "Mom!!!" she protested, squirming back and forth "If we are practicing hunting, i'm just going to get dirty again" she hated getting groomed, but more than that she hated sitting still
"Havenkit" chastised Silverfringe gently "Appearances are important. Even if you get dirty, you should be swift in cleaning yourself up" she sighed, knowing it was nearly pointless. It was funny, her one daughter acted more wild than her three boys ever thought about

"I question how we're even related sometimes..." Harmoniouskit said dryly under his breath, rolling his eyes as his sister fought against their mother. "You're a she-cat. You should take a bit more pride in your appearance."

"and your a boy, shouldn't you be a little better at fighting?" she teased right back, between ducking out of her mother's reach "I beat you every time" she stuck out her tongue at her brother, her ears falling back as she got groomed whether she liked it or not. She didn't put up with any nonsense and if not for her mother standing right there, her brother would have been in for a good cuff behind the ear
