Darkpaw slowly slid out of the apprentice's den, glancing back to ensure that his sister was still safely tucked away in the nest they shared. The two of them were very close, and they were rarely seen apart. However the lack of prey caused him to spend many anights going out on his own so that she would wake up to something to fill her belly. Most of the clan was asleep, but it seemed like his work was never done. @atomheart
Bleedingheart was also up. She simply could not settle her mind to fall asleep these days, in addition to the general strife of SunClan she was having her own issues. So when she heard pawsteps she flickered her era and scented the air. It was a clanmate though she couldn’t place which one. “You’re up quite late.” She turned her head to look at the apprentice. He was one of Duskslayer’s kids if she could recall, or maybe he just showed up at the same time? She wasn’t really sure.

The young tom shrugged his shoulders, paying the older warrior little mind. He was never much of a talker, only saying what was necessary to get his point across. He looked toward the maze, and then back to her "Hunt" was his only answering, continuing on his way towards the exit. He had a theory that he wanted to test out. The cats of MoonClan hunted at night, so why shouldn't they?
