Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Cleaver, neverstarstar, GidgetGal [Ragingspire, Cherrysky, & Grasspaw (Friendship):Group Training near the Southern Sea, to practice scenting prey despite the salty air.]
"There's seriously nothing out here." Grasspaw groaned as he followed the two older warriors down the craggy ridges leading to the Southern Sea, the foaming waves almost the exact shade of grey as the stormy sky above them. He sniffed at the air again, the overwhelming smell of salty water causing the apprentice to wrinkle his nose in disgust. The young tom's warrior assessment was slowly drawing near; he hoped to be made a fully-fledged warrior in the next moon or so, which was the only reason he agreed to join Ragingspire and Cherrysky in this training exercise. As the waves crashed against the rocks with a loud roar only a few fox-lengths away, he couldn't help but flinch back, clearly uncomfortable.
"There's prey everywhere if you know how to look," Ragingspire responded briskly. His head was lifted high into the wind, enjoying the salty tang on his tongue the crashing waves before his eyes. "First lesson: if there's water, there's fish. Do you want to swim out there and get some?"
They weren't here for fishing, but he was tempted to ask Grasspaw to do it anyway. He'd seen the small fish darting beneath the waves and even tried to catch a few himself, but without the proper training, he was hopeless. It would be fun to watch Grasspaw get soaked. He turned to Cherrysky with a mischievous grin, wondering if she had the same thought.
life is a lot, and I'm sorry for how much it impacts me here

[ sorry this took forever, 2020 had to go out with a very unfortunate bang. 2021 gave me some good news though: we are allowed to renew our lease. I've spent the last week finding other places and then they respond x.x ]
Cherrysky caught Ragingspire's grin and looked back at the apprentice, "I'm sure Ragingspire would love to show you were the fish are and how to catch them here. Huh, Ragingspire?" She glanced back at the other warrior, innocent-eyed and clearly amused.
This training exercise wasn't particularly interesting to her and perhaps some general merriment with her clanmates would offer her much more fun.
