Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Plot: Rowanstrike had once been a prisoner himself, and for that reason, he approached Blackthornfate. Mostly to see how well the other cat was adjusting, and to make sure the cat they were speaking with was giving her a hard time. Rowanstrike - pao, Blackthornfate - strawberrycupid, Soaringwinds - @samiam
Rowanstirke had been lounging in the steam of the camp's hot spring when he heard noise nearby. It was early, and therefore, should still be fairly quiet, so he was surprised to hear anyone else awake. But then he saw two cats near the prey pile, and wondering what was going on when he realized one was the new released Blackthornfate. Any other time and he wouldn't have cared, but the cat was just a prisoner last moon, and he, having been one himself, knew what it was like to integrate into the clan.

Blackthornfate was made a following by her insistence. She was older than most of these cats combined, but that wasn't gonna keep her cooped up in a den for the rest of her life. It would be boring as hell. So she kept working while making snide comments the whole time. Nothing kept her from her routine of waking up and grabbing something to eat before anyone else. She'd be up earlier when she was a prisoner, but today she slept in a little bit. Which led to the grey she-cat looking over at Rowanstrike and Soaringwinds. Former had been a prisoner too, which whoop de doo. Everyone was nowadays. And Soaring was just some nobody she'd never heard about.
She grabbed something, barely caring what, before walking over to the hot spring and placing it next to it to warm it up. "Enough starin' dear. It's not gonna get you anywhere." Her wiry laugh was quiet against the walls.
