today i watched the episode of glee where sue said that quinn is falling back into her addiction of the arts and honestly, felt called out about it. also next semester i'm taking a creative writing course so ya know gotta brush up on them skillz. i also have an obtusely long break coming up where i have exactly 0 plans because #globalpandemic, and then i only take three classes next semester (we love doing the bare minimum to graduate in may LOL) so i'm going to have more free time on my hands again so i figure what the heck why not make a couple cats to force myself to have some ~*recreational time*~

so far, i just have three cats. in theory, i'm open to making more, particularly in the mountain clans bc i haven't ever really rped there, but i'm sort of up for anything LOl

if you need parts in your plots, too, feel free to pitch them and i can see if i can make a cat to fit!

my current babes and potential plots for them:

Nathaniel Paxton Hawthorne the Third : Have you ever been to Appalachia? That's where this man is from. Although he has three first names, he often goes by Hawthorne. He's a big fella, often refers to himself as the size of a small bear, even though that isn't totally accurate (but don't tell him that). He recently joined the Syndicate, as he's new to the area and desperately misses the sense of home that he had. I'm assuming he was a former kittypet who left the nest when his owners moved to this side of wherever classic takes place, and he's always searching for new members of his family. He isn't the brightest cat in the barrel, but he's got a good heart that leads him to be willing to do just about anything for those he loves. He believes strongly in neighborliness and solidarity between groups of cats, so I'm thinking that I'd like him to make some friends both inside and outside of the group that he's in. I'd also really love for him to find a younger cat that he could mentor along, or at least provide whatever insight to the world he has (which, granted, is none, but he'd love to try anyways). I'd also be interested in finding him a love interest? Family is super important to him, and I'd love to think that one day he'd like to start his own within the group (although, note, i'm willing for him to do like a cross clan type thing, but eventually especially if his partner gets pregnant, he'd try to convince her to join the Syndicate. Really, he'd try to get any partner to join the group probably, so they can be a part of his family too)

Mottledcypress (MoonClan) ; she's smart and bored, which are often the two worst traits to have comorbid. she's the kind of cat that makes others want to listen to her, although she keeps the world at an arm's length. i'd love for her to find a rival, or a friend / romantic interest / etc that tries to get close to her for the plot drama of getting close to someone who is very obviously an aquarius sun and moon (yikes) she's also a leo rising, which means she can be kind of full of herself, so good luck charlie.

Frenzy (SwiftClan) She's got a warrior name I honestly can't remember, but she's always been Frenzy, so she goes to that. Living up to her name, her brain is often a frenzied mess, and she can be scatterbrained at best. She's recently gone on a monster hunt (LOL biyuu and i are still working out what creature they're hunting, or if they've both had an extended fever dream, or if she's the monster and doesn't realize it), and it's left her incredibly paranoid that something is lurking just out of arms reach, ready to strike at any moment. I'd love to play with that paranoia a bit, and i think it might be fun to like have her engage with a large, wiry haired cat could set off some dramz.

these are just ideas, though! i'm really open to the whole gambit, although i'd really love to like have one of my cats start a family because i haven't really had a plot like that that's worked out recently
