Strawberrykit laid in her nest. It had been a great day. She had helped take care of the elders ticks and help to get rid of debris within the camp. Now the young kit was sleeping and was now in Starclan visiting her parents and an ancient medicine cat, who was teaching her about healing and herbs, telling her she had a different destiny than most. She would be both a warrior and a medicine cat all in one. She would become a Shaman or rather a Priestess for StarClan. Helping those in need both spiritual and healing.
When it ended she rose to her paws and made her way to the medicine cat den. The dream confused her and she wanted to know what it all meant. ' You will be both a warrior and medicine cat' the ancient cat told her. She had no clue what it could mean or what she should do about it. So she padded to the medicine den and peered inside. "Hello?" She called out softly. It was almost dawn, but most cats were still asleep and that made her self-conscious.
The medicine cats may not have been awake, so bright and early in the morning, but the early bird catches the worm-- although, if you asked Raggedkit, worms sounded pretty gross. Still, the she-kitten could oft be seen rising with the sun, the streaks of rosy pink and glistening gold strewn across her body and fracturing the residual twilight skirting the edges of the sky. On this chilly morning she awoke in the medicine cat's den to the sound of another's voice, familiar yet not. Whi was it? Blueberries? Wildberrykit? Berry something for sure. Blinking open pale blue eyes, she spied a denmate framed by the dawning light and slowly the form of Strawberrykit became obvious. "Oh, Strawberrykit," she said, finally recalling the word that'd escaped her. "Are you looking for Fawnheart? I think she's still asleep right now," mewed Raggedkit, stretching out her forelegs gingerly, the scars from where she'd been burned aching a bit from the cold.
"You can talk to me about it if you want. I'm a good listener," volunteered the tabby. That wasn't untrue, Raggedkit enjoying company and conversation, but social cues were mysteries to her, having the propensity to not notice that certain topics made others uncomfortable. "I'm feeling good today, but it's a little cold."

*Trying something different)
Strawberrykit:
*You glance at the other kit and give her a smile. You walk up next to her and sit down.* "Not sure, if I should." *You tell her with a confused look in your eyes.* "I think I should wait for them to get up." *You reply with a heavy sigh*
"Okay. Well, do you wanna talk about something else? Like, uhhh, what's your favorite color? I like the color pink a lot. Oh!-- and blue, and yellow is really pretty too. I don't like brown that much, it's not that pretty. I wish I had a better color for my fur like white or silver because those are so pretty. Oh, oh! And the spotted ones uhhh, calico! So much better than ugly brown. Brown is like the ugly part of trees, the part with no leaves, so plain and boring unlike leaves and grasses and flowers and--" Raggedkit sighed. She sheepishly looked at Strawberrykit. "Sorry, I talk a lot."

"I think..." Strawberrykit paused a moment before continuing, "That I like the color pink!" She replied with a firm nod up and down in affirmation of her choice. "But...I also like blue and white." She replied as she repositioned herself to make herself comfortable.
"Blue is sooo pretty," gushed Raggedkit, rolling over and then sighing. "Blue makes me think of rain and water and puddles and-- Oh! Strawberrykit!" She was suddenly on her feet, impressively quickly, and got real close to her denmate to speak quietly, ensuring no one (i.e. the only other cats in the den, which were sleeping) would hear her. "I heard that there's a real, super big puddle somewhere outside of camp. Do you wanna go find it with me?"
