Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
It was a small batch of promotions this time around, but Shule supposed that was okay. Most of the tykes had been promoted, meaning there were few, if any, mouths to feed that wouldn't know how to hunt or set traps themselves. Which was also good, all things considered... since she'd recently made Eartha Superior against her own better judgement, choosing to include it in her ceremonies as a formality, though she'd already been promoted officially.
It was bitter sweet for Cadet Sapphira, on one hand she was glad to finally drop the -tyke from her name and start serving the Regime as her mother had always wanted, but on the other she wasn't all that happy about her chosen rank. At least she knew she'd be good at it and Cadet Huntleigh, while certainly a bit of a handful, was someone she knew she could manage and hopefully befriend. She gave him a friendly smile, "Cadet Huntleigh, I'm excited to start training with you! I know Commander Shule and Superior Sean have high hopes for you." strawberrycupid

Cadet Luca knew this was his fate. A scout, like his mom wanted. He had already been training secretly and was ready to serve the Regime.
Huntleigh-tyke's rank was a request. He wasn't sure why his paws were shaking when he went to ask. Shule had always been kind to him. And now he was here, his wish granted and the meddlesome -tyke off his name once and for all. Now he could start exploring, go see Rottenpaw more. It was great. Cadet Huntleigh now carried those expectations as well as his own when Sapphira talked to him. Not that he ever looked stressed over it. "Thank you, Cadet Sapphira. And you as well. Though I'm not gonna hold back just 'cause you're older than me."
