Burntpheonix strode directly into MoonClan's camp, a full battle patrol of SunClan warriors standing behind him. Standing tall, his gaze fell over the cats that were beginning to emerge to greet them "Cats of MoonClan, I have come to give you fair warning" his voice rang out clearly through air, the sun was begining to dip below the horizon, reds, orangs, and yellow streaking through the sky. The strong gray tabby looking sleek and powerful, his painted designs standing out brightly against his pelt "Due to recent events, SunClan has decided to expand our borders to include your lands. Bloodystar has graciously decided to give you until the sun sets to leave peacefully without the loss of life. We only want your lands, but if you choose to stay and fight there will be fatal consequences" his eyes narrowed, waiting for the wave of protests "We have no desire to kill your innocents, but I suggest you take the mercy our High Priest has given you. Once the sun falls behind the horizon, the rest of SunClan's forces shall arrive to remove those who linger with whatever force is necessary" [Anyone in SC or MC can jump in <3]
Priest Promise Duskslayer watched Burntphoenix speak, his ears heightened in alert as he watched the other MoonClan cats. Last time he was in MoonClan was for the same reason, battling. It was actually in their camp that he had really met Bloodystar for the first time. He may have egged him on to do more destruction than necessary. At the time it was hilarious, but looking back there could have been less MoonClan cats hurt if he didn't switch to antagonistic persona. He doubted MoonClan would just allow them to take the land unless they truly were bored of living there. He was certain that if he were MoonClan leader it would be a better strategy to move into where the Survival Clans lived in order to be closer to WinterClan who also followed the Moon God than perched next to their enemy.
Seated front and center was Angelicpaw who had begged and begged to come on this patrol. Now that she was here she was grinning ear to ear, taking in each MoonClan cats reaction. She was looking for some real devastation, maybe some crying. She couldn't believe that they were going to win just like this. How unbelievably strong SunClan was and how lucky she was to live in a clan this powerful.

Scorchedwhisker had stayed at the back of the battle patrol. He listened to the words his father- Burntphoenix said, but the sound of it was muted by the blood rushing through his ears. The siamese kept his ears pinned back to his head, doing his best not to slouch and curl in on himself. He had no loyalty to Moonclan, not anymore. He was a Sunclan cat. This was his duty to his clan. He just had to keep reminding himself of that as he attempted to control his breathing. The siamese tom knew that this would happen one day. But now that it was here, he suddenly felt a rush of anxiety over take him. He swallowed thickly as he glanced about at the other cats. Some seemed familiar to him, and others seemed new to him. Scorchedwhisker couldn’t slip up now, he couldn’t let his feelings get in the way of his duty. The siamese tom just hoped that his mother and sister wouldn’t notice him. That they would be the cats that backed off peacefully. He prayed to both gods in that moment that they wouldn’t try to fight.
Delusionalhaven was shocked. Not only at the seemingly sudden arrival of Sunclan cats in their camp, but at the sight of the cat in the lead. The fluffy cream-colored cat hadn’t seen the Sunclan tom in years, and she’d lie if she said her heart didn’t skip a beat at the sight of him. But it quickly dropped at his announcement. Was this an invasion? No, if it were an invasion there would be more cats. This was a take over. Her ears immediately flattened as her eyes narrowed dangerously as she looked over the battle patrol. She hadn’t caught sight of her son. Not yet. “Sunclan has no right to just waltz in here and claim our territory like this. No matter what the circumstances may be.” She hissed softly.
SC It had been awhile. It truly had. Nightfury gazed out over his former Clan with no malice, but only curiosity. He remembered his time as Lunar Captain in these parts. They were the happiest days of his life. Multiplesouls beside him with his kits, his own kin. It was indescribable. It truly was. Wondering if anyone would recognize him, Nightfury opened his icy eyes and swept the gathering crowd of cats. A part of him hoped that he would see Multiplesouls in the gathering crowd. He would abandon his Clan in a moment to be with her again.

SC Burntpheonix's gaze softened as it landed upon his former mate, before narrowing once more trying to hide his minor slip up. He wanted to go to her and beg her to just go, but all eyes were on him in that moment and he couldn't afford to look weak. He had managed to convince Bloodystar to let him and Duskslayer go on ahead of the main forces to give MoonClan time to get their innocents away from camp, but it wasn't much time. These cats needed to get moving, and now. He looked to Duskslayer for help, some way to encourage them just to leave without putting up a fight "No right? We outnumber your clan, and there is nothing that you can do to stop the inevitable. The only question is how many lives have to be lost before you realize that?" his tail lashed back and forth as he tried to figure out the best way to make them go. Of course they wouldn't want to just up and leave, but at least this way maybe he could save a few of them... He had no doubt in his mind that Bloodystar carry through with his threats
Duskslayer was staring at Scorchedwhisker when he noticed Burntphoenix was looking at him. What? Oh, he wanted assistance. He was pretty satisfied having the guy do his job for him in typical SunClan fashion of degrading the other clan. But sure, he could give it a shot. Picking up a piece of wheat he put it in the corner of his mouth and made his way over to Burntphoenix and the she-cat, "Good afternoon ma'am. What seems to be troubling you?" He asked in a southern accent. Asking as if there wasn't a patrol of SunClan cats demanding her entire clan to leave.
MC Delusionalhaven stood her ground as she looked up at Burntphoenix. “This land has belonged to Moonclan for generations. You and your clan cannot just-“ She cut herself off as Duskslayer made his way over to her. She curled her lip up at his display. “Forgive me, but is this a joke to you?” She spat. “Have you no decency? No humiliation?” Delusionalhaven looked back towards Burntphoenix, her blue eyes flashing angrily as she attempted to ignore Duskslayer. “This can all be avoided. There are those that will not yield and simply hand over the land.
SC When he heard his mother’s voice, Scorchedwhisker quickly started making his way towards the front of the patrol. He wanted to scream at her to just leave, to not fight and just stand down. But he was taken by surprise when he say the Priest Promise approach her. The tom curled his lip and dragged his paw over his face when he heard his friend talking to his mother. No wonder she sounded so angry…
"Now ma'am I could not agree with you more. Did you know that your MoonClan ancestors have been said to fight off tigers? It's true. You are among one of the top peaceful societies in the entire forest. A feat not even SunClan can ever hope to accomplish. It sickens me at the thought of a clan with such rich history like yours being demanded to move like geese in leafbare! Now these toms over here might be full of hogwash, but I'm here to speak to a gen-u-ine MoonClan cat person to person," He said, his voice softening a touch. The way he looked at her was unlike anyone else's. There was such a prejudice profound faith in his eyes towards her. He didn't even know her, but the way he looked at her suggested he could trust his life in her claws. "You believe in MoonClan as greatly as I do, don't you? They don't see your clan as anything worthy, but I can make them see if you help share with me what makes MoonClan wonderful," Duskslayer promised, his turquoise gaze looking over to the other patrol members before waving them away to give them space, "If you would be so kind," He added, embarrassed he forgot his manners for a moment he added in an apologetic frown for what she already had to go through arguing with everyone.
Ruinedportrait's heart lurched with the announcement, it hadn't been long since her and Ryn had been sent to MoonClan as rays, and already she was starting to settle in to their new home, she had even made a friend. Even now she glanced around for Subaru though she couldn't pick out his cow patterned pelt in the crowd. Maybe he was out hunting, even Rasalas was missing. The Janus couldn't suppress the sigh that escaped her, with no Archbishop chosen yet there was no one to guide MoonClan in the absence of their "Cardinal". Moving quickly the flame point jumped up on the ledge that lead to the cardinal's den which was used to address the clan. Bold as she was even she knew she wasn't supposed to be up here but, it was the only way to address everyone at once.
"Cat's of MoonClan, I know I have not earned your trust yet, and I know you all are loyal warriors ready to fight for your home." Her dark blue eyes shown with mild admiration as she regarded the small clan. "But, this is a battle we would surely lose." SunClan outnumbered MoonClan nearly three to one. A battle between the two this sudden would only end in a unnecessary slaughter.

"I'm well aware of the history that surrounds my clan, sir." Delusionalhaven said dryly. She wasn't sure what to make of this Sunclan tom. Before she could even answer him she quickly turned at Ruinedportrait's voice. Her blue eyes widened when she saw the she-cat standing on the ledge reserved for those with positions of power in the clan. She listened to her words carefully, her tail swaying behind her as she gathered her thoughts. "Ruinedportrait... your... concern for our clan is admirable considering you haven't been with us long. But this is our home. Surely Sunclan cannot expect us to suddenly up and leave the land, the territory we have called home for generations. This land has belonged to Moonclan longer than any of us have been alive." She turned her gaze back towards the Sunclan patrol, determined to stand her ground. "We have queens nursing kits, elders, and sickly. Here they are protected, here they are safe. Would you really force us to move them? Force them into unknown land with unknown dangers? Into another territory where we may only be exiled once more? No. What you ask, what your leader asks of us, it is unreasonable." Delusionalhaven shook her head as she looked out across the clearing. "We would be caught with no protection during the harsh cold of leafbare... no. Perhaps there is another way, a compromise that both clans can reach. One that does not involve the lot of you throwing us out of our territory."

"Besides, why here?" Of course Abaddon was here to stir up some trouble. Her brother was gone, and the Medium left with him supposedly. Moonclan felt weaker than ever, it made sense to target. But at the same time not quite. The black and white she-cat seemed to part the crowd with a simple flick of her paw, standing next to Delusionalhaven. Regarding each member of the patrol coldly, having a stare that could pierce you easily. "It's quite a walk from Sunclan to Moonclan. It'd surely be more convenient to chase Nightclan or Dayclan out, especially with your numbers. If nothing else. the land to the north is most likely deserted. And that's probably more desirable than this slab of land." She knew Sunclan wasn't much for compromises, but without their meathead of a leader here, she could hope. It was better than dragging everyone out and wandering again.
