Guppykit was silent as a shadow, swift as a river, brave as a lion. His eyes were trained carefully on his prey as it ambled across the well-worn ground beside the nursery. It was almost in position. 3... 2... 1... NOW! With a mighty pounce the small orange and white kit slapped his paws down on the beetle. He could feel the bug squirm under his small paws and when he lifted them to investigate he found it still perfectly alive.
That couldn't be right, he was a hunter perfectly capable of bringing down such strong prey! "Ugh," he squeaked, poking the harassed-looking bug, "I'm trying to hunt you, you know!"
