Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
"Look guys! I'm going to die!" Shadowkit squeaked out gleefully as he sunk into the snow.
This was about the reason why his siblings and him managed to sneak out of SunClan and were heading back to DayClan to get their cool toys and bring them back to camp. The snow was deep and they were capable of walking around unseen given the massive mounds of snow. He had managed to convince some of siblings to come with him on this rescue mission by reminding them the importance of friendship and when that didn't work he told them they could have his pieces of prey for a week.
"Shadowkit?!? Shadowkit's dying! We're all going to die out here, and it's his fault!" Serenekit wailed in dismay, staring at the thick powder that surrounded him. It invaded between his toes like an icy cold tongue and when he liked it his whole mouth went cold. Was this death? Sitting in a freezing bright-white land, feeling the warmth leave his body, while the snow consumed him and his siblings where they stood? Oh, he knew they shouldn't have left!
Etherealkit stared quietly, not speaking as she watched her siblings. Slowly, she stuck her tongue out to taste the icy cold snow. Voidedmemories had taught her that it can soothe her throat if it's hurting, and with the cold wind, her throat was aching horribly. Because of it, she was speaking as little as possible.
"I'm not Shadowkit, I'm Snowykit! The adorable and lovable little tyke that gets into all kind of wintry danger, but through my knowledge on weather patterns and gritty attitude I'm able to survive!" Shadowkit Snowykit said with his entire body engulfed into the snow.

Arcanekit snorted at Serenekit's dramatics, the mostly ebony feline daring to use Shadowkit as a stepping stone, bouncing on his back and launching herself forward into the snow, not seeming at all bothered by the cold. Of course, perhaps that was just the thick pelt talking, white vapor curls on her face matching the bright white landscape as she glanced back to grin at 'Snowykit's' body trampled deeper into the snow. "Knowledge of weather patterns and gritty attitude huh?" The egyptian blue eyed feline questioned, her voice vibrant like fire as she bounded through the snow.
"Aw mouse dung! Well screw you t- No. No. That's not how Snowykit would act. Aw yeah, great job Arcanekit! You're really surviving the cold environments, I believe in you!" Shadowkit cheered after regaining his composure despite being incredibly deep in the snow and breathing was getting harder... And oh wait cool a light! "Hey guys I can see a light up ahead, should I poke it?"
Serenekit stared longingly behind them at the fields of white, troubled. He wasn't really sure this was a good idea, but he was too scared to go back alone. Everyone else seemed happy, but he was cold and wet and miserable. He stood as tall as he could to avoid touching the snow, walking stiffly forward a few steps. "Probably not," he mumbled quietly to Shadowkit, assuming he would be ignored.
Shadowkit padded after his siblings with his tail slowly moving upwards as he managed to get up above the snow and shake himself off, "Hey! I think I see the camp in the distance. I can't wait, I think I'm going to definitely grab some feathers so I can have the most feathers than everyone else in DayClan and maybe roll back the biggest moss ball anyone's ever seen!"
"Do you think we should bring other stuff back too? Like extra moss for the other kits?" he mewed tentatively. He wasn't sure how much they could carry, but he thought it would be nice to bring toys back for everyone, not just them.
The she-kit tilted her head to her brother. “We weren’t technically supposed to leave in the first place. We might get in trouble if we bring stuff back.0
Shadowkit sprang out from the snow, "No, I think Serenekit's onto something, if we bring things back they can't be mad at us. We'd be treated like saints! We'll bring back plenty of moss balls and feathers cause we have loads of those. Maybe if we find a mouse we can sneak up and sit on it till it dies and then dad won't get mad at us either cause he'd be too proud of us."
He had a good idea? He did? Serenekit suddenly found he was a little less cold and miserable, and he almost smiled. "I don't know about a mouse... but maybe we can try."
"Aw yeah we can try, we'll do great," Shadowkit lifted his head up, narrowing his eyes a little, but suddenly they widened.
His paws touched grass for the first time since entering DayClan, "We're close to camp! There was a grove around camp, it'll only get easier from here! I bet there's some mice desperately taking shelter in the dens so before we leave we can catch a mouse, maybe TWO."
Shadowkit ran on ahead at the idea that they were closer. SunClan had so many kits it was hard to keep their toys to themselves. He couldn't wait to get his toys back and finally have something he didn't have to share with other litters.
