The Bold
Fallpaw laid amongst the roots of a tree, simply watching the tall grass as it waved in the wind. She found the movement soothing, helping her to fall asleep. Sprout, her ferret, was laying upon her back resting it's head upon hers, until something caught Sprout's attention. Fallpaw lifted her head, alert for danger as Sprout jumped off of her, stalking forward. Sprout arched her back, before leaping high into the air grabbing a leaf that was falling from the air and rolling around chittering. Fallpaw laughed, rising to her paws as she watched Sprout play. Each time a leaf would fall, she would leap and bound after it. Despite knowing how silly it looked, before she knew it Fallpaw had joined in. Jumping and twirling, batting at the leaves as they fell. Autumn was finally here.
