Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
The soft chirping of birds was like a soft tug at the she-cat’s mind, pulling her from the comforting depths of darkness and into a dimly lit den. It was the strong scent of herbs that gave the confused and discombobulated warrior an idea of where she was, though confusion still pulsed through her mind. She was in a rather plump and comfortable moss bed, but the stench of pungent herbs stop her fully from embracing the comfortable position she was in. Yarrowsong raised her head only to groan out loud and her body ached with a new way of discomfort. Her dual colored eyes blinked slowly into the large den, noting the quiet and empty space around her. It took a few moments of quiet confusion for the warrior to finally remember what happened. The surprise attack by PI.
The she-cat’s orbs suddenly filled with tears as the bloodied memories came back to her in quick and overwhelming waves. The blood, all the cats, the pain and then Jackalfang and Crimsoncrown-
It was the last straw the broke the she-cat into tears. She painfully lifted paws to cover her face as she tried to stifle the tears into the moss bed below her.
Things had find calmed down around the camp after the surprise attack by Primal Instinct. It was rough time for Spring. They had lost many cats and that angered him. As much as he wanted to exact revenge, but they were in no position for a counter, at least, not yet. Right now, they needed time to mourn their lost ones. Everything else can come at a later time. As he made his way around the clan, it dawned on Viperstream that he hadn't seen Yarrowsong since the attack. The last he had seen her was when she retreated off somewhere, he could only assume was safer than the battlefield that was the camp clearing. Since she was injured, he could only assume she was in the medicine cat's den being treated.
Making his way toward the medicine cat's den, he couldn't he couldn't help but feel anxious. Would she be okay? How badly injured was she? Those kind of questions ran through his mind. Standing just out of the den, he composed himself and entered. Inside, it was much as he expected - cats were being tended to and resting up. Looking them over, he spotted her. As he made way toward her, he could hear the faint sound of crying. He frowned. At an attempt to comfort her, he nuzzled her softly. Unsure of what to say, it was all he could do.
