Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
(Hey, just thought it would be fun to do a group rp with some characters I haven't seen before if either of you are interested! But no pressure if you don't feel like replying, I know I sprung this out of nowhere! lol) meowFlurryofstars
Priest Promise Duskslayer walked out from his den, he had just wrapped up nursing his sons burns when he noticed most of the apprentices were off either on patrol or training with their mentors. There were still some apprentices out in camp, some did have off days. Two in particular caught his eyes, Applepaw and Dancingpaw. He didn't have much else to do either, he thought caring for Bravekit would take longer, but it hadn't, now his other jobs were covered.
"Applepaw and Dancingpaw right?" Duskslayer as he approached the two. Despite him holding an important rank plenty of cats had never met Duskslayer before for the sheer fact that he had been living in the Regime for missionary work. Because of this he was still trying to learn everyone's faces and names. "Would either of you be interested in some painting lessons?" He asked gesturing to the own paint design along his front leg. The designs lined up against his arm like a sleeve. Shimmers of gold painted a detailed image of sunflowers surrounding a massive fiery sun in the center. The paints were vibrant, more colorful than any other paint anyone had used in SunClan.

Dancingpaw was surprised to be approached by Duskslayer and also honored, but the feelings were fleeting at his offer. Offended, she thought of her own markings. She was quite proud of the paint she wore, normally done in whimsical spirals. She had perfected the placement of every line to compliment her form which sometimes was hard to find beneath her fluffy ginger fur. Among her siblings, her paint had also been the best and she had to help them with theirs all of the time. Now that they were gone, perhaps her skills had diminished? Glancing down at his front leg, the apprentice had to do a double take. The artistry there was gorgeously intricate and of more than fancy designs but actual images. Suddenly, the offense she'd felt vanished. Perhaps, he was bestowing upon them the chance to enhance their skills with divine knowledge. The offer hadn't been meant to demean their pre-existing markings at all.
"They're lovely," she said as her eyes danced around the sleeve of sunflowers. "I would love to learn how to do something like this." Offering him a shy smile, she hoped that he'd meant it about the lesson. Maybe her betrothed would be happier with their arrangement if her paintings were as good as Duskslayer's. Maybe Earthpaw would even let her do his!
