Venomousnight yawned as he came into the camp, he had just been out making sure that the fresh-kill he had hunted had all been picked up. He walked to the warrior's den and to his nest, where he circled around his bed and laid down, curling his tail over his nose. He closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep. Once his eyes closed in the waking world, he opened then in the spirit world, in the Dark Forest. Venomousnight blinked his eyes and looked around at the darkness. The forest was murky and gloomy, fit for any cat with a dark soul and mind would be found. He had heard stories from the Elders and Queens as a kit about the place, but never thought he would find himself in it. He stiffened as a cat came up to him, their pelt blending into the darkness and only his eyes could be seen.
