Queenkit rose to her paws slowly. She had been in her nest cleaning her fur. Her stomached rumbled loudly and she decided to get some fresh-kill from the pile. The orange and white tabby "Queen Bee" walked out of the nursery and past the other kits, without giving them a glance. She lifted her tail and head high as she pranced over to the pile. She sniffed each piece of prey before selecting a big rabbit. She began to tug and pull at it, trying to get it out of the pile. She yanked and grunted, the prey sliding towards her inches by inches.
