Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
"We're going to talk to Bloodystar, but we'll be back soon, stay inside, do not leave this den. I haven't taught you how to walk down the steep edges yet, but I will in the morning," Duskslayer said promised licking the top of his kits heads, "And remember, you're Soaringkit, Bravekit, Faithkit, and Darkkit."
His head turned to the entrance where Unseenlight's was waiting, "Love you! We'll be back soon," He promised again before licking the tops of their heads before leaving.
Faithkit walked over to their nest tucking her doll inside. She had wanted to bring all of Post Kilo with her, but they could only grab so much. This Post Kilo looked so empty. There weren't toys, not ones that she was used to. Moss balls were familiar, but they were cheap toys, nothing like the smooth colorful kind back at home.
A set of blue and green eyes watched as Duskslayer left. Angelickit got up first before strutting over, no one would ever ask questions if she was Bloodystar's kit, she looked enough like him. Striking golden fur showered her hour glass body with faint bloody red veins of stripes running through her pelt. "Hello new comers," Angelickit purred, her voice sounded like a princess, innocent and so soft it almost could be described as fluffy sounding if that were even possible, "I'm Angelickit and I just wanted to give you a special welcoming to SunClan."
"I'm not Soa---" Soaringkit began to complain but her father was too quick; before she even managed to finish her new name, Duskslayer had said a final 'I love you' and was off to meet with their fancy new leader, "--ingkit..."
She watched her parents pad away with a frown. So far things hadn't gone quite how she was expecting, but no matter, she would make the best of this. She stood up to go investigate the new nest with Faithkit when she heard paw-steps. Turning her head, she locked eyes with Angelickit and felt a knot in the pit of her stomach.
Soaringkit recognized another Alpha-type personality in this golden-furred wonder. How she knew this was not easy to explain, it was something like intuition, and right then and there Soaringkit decided that she did not like her, "Yeah, yeah, yeah, we've heard all about your stupid dead God, we're going to continue to put our faith in the Blind Protector, cuz, ya know, he's actually there for us. But I guess it's nice to meet you. I'm Allaria-tyke."

Damek... no, Bravekit, was already in the nest, and the young tom looked worse for wear. His amber eyes, usually full of an almost molten brightness, were dull. He was wrapped thickly in blankets and feverish, the near hairless kitten not having taken to the journey well, despite his eagerness to join SunClan. Bravekit peered at Angelickit almost blankly, a strange feeling creeping up his spine for reasons he wasn't sure of. Maybe it was just his high temperature talking. Regardless, he shifted back into the blanket a bit, his face red with a slight sunburn from his time outside, however brief. He was extraordinarily pale, and the lack of fur offered no protection in a place as sunlit as SunClan. He could only be thankful that at least the dens were made of comforting stone. "Bravekit." The small tom murmured his own name experimentally in greeting. He wasn't sure he liked this she-kit they shared a den with.
Faithkit looked between her siblings, she would miss her name as Astrid, it always sounded so pretty. "I'm Faithkit, it's nice to-"
"Sounds like you come from the same lake, but flow down different rivers," Angelickit observed, "But you're each wrong about your names. You see, the warriors might be forgiving that you were born, raised in the Regime, but us kits in the nursery are less forgiving. If you want the right to play with us, the honorable privilege to train with us, you'll have to prove you're SunClan material. That's why you'll need to initiate into SunClan. Of course, you'll need to keep this little fact away from the adults, if you tattle on us I guarantee you'll never find a place here. But take these names with humility and grace and we'll all be great friends here. So Allaria-tyke you'll be Heathenkit, Bravekit you can be Cowardkit, Faithkit you can be Faithlesskit, and whatever your name is over there you can be Traitorkit. Just follow our rules and we'll all get along great."
Faithkit looked to Soaringkit, her paw naturally moving over Bravekit's. She wasn't sure if they had to listen to Angelickit, but if she really did have power than no one would play with them. And when she would become an apprentice here, no one would train with them. She wanted to talk back, offer that they be called by their Regime names, but she wasn't sure if she wanted to come off disobedient either. If Angelickit really did hold authority then maybe she should accept the humiliation.
"Why do I get the feeling you're just trying to flex your authority? It's a textbook thing to do, we even did that kind of stuff at the Regime, don't act like you Sunny cats are special. But whatever, I've been called worse than Heathenkit, I'll play along with this so long as you swear on.... ummm...." Normally Soaringkit was a kit more in-the-know about family connections and such, but not here, so she went with an easy one. After a brief pause, she picked back up right where she had left off, except maybe even a bit more sassy, "... swear on your mama's life that you aren't lying to us."
"I swear on my mamas life," Angelickit purred, "You seem a little more feisty Heathenkit, I think you'll learn that SunClan cats take that as a personal challenge to break strong willed kitties like you. But I see potential, I want to see if you're someone I can trust so if you're interested I'm going out to the brook where some kit is said to haunt it at dawns light. You should come with if you're not chicken."
"How about the rest of you gather rocks for Heathenkit and I, I'm planning to do a summoning," Angelickit commanded before looking back at Allaria, "C'mon Heathenkit, I want to show you where the best toys are at," she said heading off in another direction.
Faithkit watched Angelickit leave before looking at Allaria, "Do we really have to go gather rocks?"

Darkkit scoffed, but remained at his sister's sides as the strange she-kit exited the den "Nonsense" was his only reply as he turned to look at Damek. Their little brother didn't look so great, and this wasn't the time to go tramping off on some fool's adventure... but knowing Soaringkit... he looked back over at her, shaking his head from one side to the other "Don't"

"Not sure how I'm supposed to go get rocks..." Bravekit, or, well, Cowardkit, whatever, stated, blinking slowly. He was hardly in good shape as it was, and getting up for lots of exertion was bound to only make things worse.
"For the record. I'm going because I'm curious about this ghost kit, not cuz you are ordering me to or because I trust you," Allaria snapped back at Angelickit, sizing her up now that she was more clearly defined as her challenger. The other she-cat was bigger but at least Allaria knew that she herself was the prettiest, "And yes, we are all - yes even you Damek - gonna collect rocks. Since we are from the Regime it should be easy. We are regular rock experts. It won't take any time at all if we do it all together and you don't have to stay for the summoning if you are too afraid of ghosts."
