Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
It had been a dreary morning. Sheets of thin gray drizzle had hung over the camp unceasingly since sometime during the night, the clouds occasionally seeing fit to throw in a momentary downpour which always seemed to be perfectly timed to coincide with Applepaw deciding to brave the gloom and step outside. Now, however, the clouds had parted, and the midday sun glinted off of raindrops clinging to every available surface, the warmth that should belong to the clan named after the sun itself finally showing itself. Applepaw took a step outside, gingerly at first as he half expected the heavens to open up and unleash their fury on him again, his pelt still a little damp from the last time he had thought the rain might be almost over.
He remained dry, however, and gratefully stretched his limbs out. His apprenticeship had coincided with a rather impressive growth spurt, and the newly lanky adolescent sometimes felt as if he was already outgrowing the apprentices'den.

Buzzingswarm
SunClan Warrior
The Boisterous
With all the rain, most of the cats had decided to remain safe and dry in their dens, however Buzzingswarm wasn't exactly your normal warrior. He had refused to go inside, instead deciding to work on some of his moves in the rain. His long luxurious coat was now plastered to his muscular frame, having turned from snowy white to a dirty brown. The slick stones made the complex maneuvers more difficult, which was part of the reason why he he had chosen to work on them in the rain.
He ran forward, falling into a roll sending water flying through the air towards the apprentice that had just appeared at the entrance of their den, before landing on his feet and spinning around.
The next deluge didn't come from the sky, but was rather a horizontal assault, and unfortunately this one was much more laden with mud than pure rainwater would be. Applepaw jumped as droplets of muddy water hit him across the face and chest, splattering his front side with little brown droplets. "Hey!" he complained, hackles bristling as he blinked away the water to find the source of the splash in front of him. "Watch where you're splashing!" he said, momentarily forgetting himself - usually, he wouldn't have spoken to someone who outranked in such a way.

Instead of murmuring some apology, Buzzingwarm began to laugh at the sight of the apprentice despite looking no better off himself. Mud dripped from his long fur, that was beginning to form spikes "Me watch out? You are the one still wiping sleep crusties from their eyes. Well now that you already muddy, come make yourself useful and train with me. Perhaps you'll learn something new now that your not staring at the back of your eyelids"
He didn't really take no for an answer, pouncing forward. It was either participate and dodge, or be met with a wall of muddy wet fur
Applepaw's mouth opened to protest at the implication of his laziness, but that thought was quickly cut off as the older cat flung themselves at him. With only enough time to dodge haphazardly out of the way, he managed, barely, to get himself out of the way of Buzzingswarm's charge only to promptly slip on the wet stone. His legs slid out from under him, and he landed rather pathetically in a puddle, which served to make him more or less just as muddy and wet as Buzzingswarm had been in the first place.

Buzzingswarm would have caught him, but the wet stone made him loose traction and he was a fraction of a second to late. However the result was the same, as the apprentice was forced into the water with a big splash. He looked down at Applepaw grinning "Good, now that your soaked there won't be any protesting about getting wet"
