Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Hi friends! I've finally figured out a lot of my development plans and i could really use a few threads to get started on them! I have a lot of my ideas listed in the spoilers, but reply or drop me a pm if you have anything in mind (c'mon, be a pal!).
Showed up in RR not long ago with no idea where she came from, trying her hardest to learn their ways and fit in with little to no social skills. Has made a habit of asking questions and following other cats around. A total mess, but means well.
In Search Of:
-A role model*** - I'd love a plot involving her latching onto a reluctant warrior. The idea is that she'd eventually follow them out of the tunnels without their knowing and end up in more trouble than she anticipated (ex; climbing a tree and getting stuck, or running into some not-so-friendly animals.)
-Some friends - maybe ones to direct her more towards living in the moment.
-Perhaps a couple of other displaced kits/some form of relatives? - I'm still trying to develop this one, and I'd love to hash out her past a little better if anyone has any ideas.
Born and raised in PI, has always been sociable, but is keeping to himself more and more as he learns that he may not belong in the clan he has always called home. Great at small talk, hates personal conversations
In Search Of:
-PLOT; slow grow romance- Petrichor meets XXX, a traditional clan cat while caught in a storm, they become friends and begin meeting regularly. END GOAL: Petrichor ends up leaving PI to join his partner in their clan, and settled down with a litter of kits.
-Frenemy- PI or not, a competitive cat that he can talk trash with
Genuine, good-hearted apprentice who spreads herself a little too thin trying to do all she can to leave things better than she found them. black-and-white thinker with little sense of humor.
In Search Of:
-Bad influences - I'd love for her to get tangled up in caring for someone (romantic or platonic) who makes terrible choices - a character to dare her to live a little, only to find out she bit off more than she could chew. (Based on other character)
A calculated overthinker with a mean streak. Mythkit is a know-it-all, and a bit selfish, but smart and a loyal friend. Really just feeling this character out while i try to decide what direction to take him in.
In Search Of:
-PLOT - A cat outside of the clan to rough him up a little. One day, he wanders out farther than he should've, only to be scooped up by a passerby. Passerby looks at messing with his head a little as a way to pass time, only to scare the life out of him and let him go. (optional: mythkit is overall confused that he isn't dead, and continues to seek this cat out over time.
-Friendly Rivalry - Mythkit is competitive to a fault, but very good at smoothing things over later. I'd like to pair him up with another kit that wont go for his backtracking.
-Warrior/Apprentice to teach him things - He's all limbs and can't catch dead leaves.
Big mute guy with a big heart. Soot has been in the clan for a long time, but not a lot is known about him due to his lack of communication. Recently, less-than-nice rumors have spread about him.
In Search Of:
-A best friend - a good ol', slice-of-life type thread or two. Ideally a character that opens up to him and goes out of their way to talk to him, despite the fact that he doesn't speak back.
-A mentee - Something less formal - he has a soft spot for the younger ones, and would make for a good hunting coach.
An angsty lady with a fixation on having a family, despite not being able to have kits. Bounces around from place to place as the wind takes her. Can be pretty cruel, but ultimately has a crunchy shell with a gooey inside. Is very on the edge of going off the deep end and murdering anyone she meets, and settling down somewhere and getting over her bitterness
In Search Of:
-A kit to foster - depending on the character, a kit she runs into with no one else to run to. One she tries her best to shake, but ends up taking them under her wing and loving it.
-A romance plot - a tom or she-cat to put up with the fact that she is a flight risk, but knows that she'll always end up coming back to them to see what happens. Someone persistent, to either put up with her callousness, or to compliment her softer side. Ultimately, Greenfrost ends up screwing them over when she goes off the deep end, but tried to keep them in her life. (Haven't decided how this will happen yet, up for discussion
-Friends with bad intentions - Ideally catalysts for my future development plans.
I would love to offer one of my fallclan cats for Petrichor, though I can't quite decide on who. Etherealblink doesn't have a bio yet cause I've been lazy but I think I could see her chatty self and Petrichor slowly becoming romantic.
Also I could offer Le Petit Volontaire as a relative of Adoxography? He was in RR for awhile before moving on to Fallclan because the weight of his position wasn't sitting well with him. He falls in love at first sight a lot so he could perhaps be her father from a fling? Perhaps her mother dropped her in RR thinking he was still there? Or he could be connected to him in some other way. Final decision is up to you of-course.
Etherealblink could fit! Are you more the discussing personality traits type, or would you rather just start a thread and see if they click?
I like this idea a lot! It actually works out really well, because while I'm still feeling it out, my intention is that Adoxography becomes a smooth talker later on in her life. She's already pretty intelligent, which could easily have been inherited from him. She's also another character that I'm really on the edge of whether she takes the more noble and just path, or more self-serving and cruel. I could see an interaction with her estranged father adding to that one way or another. Is there a reason he might be wandering around RR territory? I've decided that not learning her lesson on venturing outside of the tunnels will be a theme for Adox, but I'm not sure how realistic it is that she'd be able to make it too far into the neutral lands. Yaknow, tiny kit legs and all.

I have Thistlescar a middle aged gay Winterclan tom who is single may I add xD. His sister Valleystar and nephew Ghoulstar were former Winterclan leaders. He's purely Winterclan I believe ?? Kind of an openly friendly tom that is also a chatter box that rambled on. I have no really real direction I want to go with him. He's open for any friendship or love interest plot.
-I have Greenfrost, she's sort of a bitter little lady, who could use a kind friend? The idea is that she's been in and out of the clans and sort of comes and goes as she pleases - currently settled in Swiftclan. She and Thistlescar could be old friends from her time there, maybe as kits? She's a bit cruel, but has a soft side and depending on his personality, they could have a nice wine mom book club dynamic.
-but I think Sootmist also makes sense. He's in Winterclan, he's mute, and a very good listener, so a chatter box would compliment him pretty well. He's basically a little housewife trapped in a big, muscly, fluffy body. He's recently taken a little down-and-out kit under his wing that he's very fond of. Could really use a few friends, but he's a bit of a romantic, so i could see him pining after Thistlescar as well. But if a romantic plot really takes off, Soot WILL bring home every stray he sees.

He wanders often because he's a restless soul, so I could see him being near RR reminiscing. It never went off the ground or got rped out by the cannon reason he left RR on top of finding the responsibility overwhelming is because he had a deep romance that went sour. So he could be hanging around.
and no issues! I've been spotty with activity recently because of life stuff as well.
