Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
It was hard to run carrying a kitten, but San managed, breath coming out around Powderkit's scruff in hot ragged breaths.
He slowed his pace to a more manageable one, but he continued to carry Powderkit. It was a long trek, but soon the golden tom was carrying Powderkit into the center of the city that belonged to PI.
"This city is the home of the league!" San said conversationally setting Powderkit down so he could lap up some water from a nearby puddle. "If you're thirsty best to drink here, some water sources here aren't very good so you have to look for the rain puddles." He told her.
Powderkit had stopped struggling somewhere along the way, going limp instead. Her breathing had eventually gotten so quick that her eyes closed on their own and when she finally opened them again, she felt herself touching the ground. The calico opened one eye hesitantly to stare at her captor. He was drinking water, encouraging her to have some, too. She couldn't deny she was thirsty so she warily moved to the opposite side of the puddle from San, drinking as he did. The water burned in her throat. Her coughing and sputtering earlier had made her throat raw. Still, she was so thirsty and this could be the last time she got something to drink in a while. When she finished, she looked back at the tom.
"When can I go home?" she asked, voice more curious than afraid.
