Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Having trouble keeping up with SunClan's plot? Just check in here for updates from time to time. This plot is very extensive, and is going to have a long build up. This thread is to keep track of things that have already happened so that you can jump right on in with the drama and understand what is happening. However, this will not include out future plans. We can't just go around spoiling the fun ;p staff positions on the page will reflect the current standing of cats in the clan, but staff positions will still be held by racer, jadie, and faith. Gathering Thread ------------ LINK In a stunning turn of events, the Sun God has been killed by none other than the High Priestess Littlestar at the Forest Clans' most recent gathering. For more information about the events leading up to the Sun God's death, read this thread. SunClan has received two prophecies to help them return to the light. However will they be strong enough to overcome the looming darkness?:
Prophecy 1: "In order to maintain the balance, I must end your reign of chaos and fear, in order for you to start a new. Your time in your current form is over, I shall take this body from you so that you may be reborn and become the god you were meant to be. Use this second chance I am giving you to become more than you are now. don't think of this as your death, but an opportunity to lead your followers to true enlightenment. you will be reborn far from the lands of SunClan, but when they have true need of you, you will find your way back to them."
Prophecy 2: "However, not all hope has been lost for SunClan, as there is still hope. SunClan, you will face dark times ahead, but fear not. For even on the darkest of nights, hope will continue to flicker on like the eternal flame. You must find your next Soothsayer to guide you through these troubling times, but it won't be easy."
A Sacred Vow ------------ LINK After Littlestar has awoken (after a SwiftClan raid lead by Bloodyrondo), Bloodyrondo calls together a Clan meeting. In this meeting he makes a vow to SunClan to bring back the Sun God, find the next Soothsayer and punish the Sun God’s enemies. His first order of business is to exile Foxbane, who not only spoke out against SunClan during the gathering, but committed treason against the Sun God. Once she has been escorted away, he has Littlestar drug from her den who is still gravely injured and too weak to fight. He declares her actions of killing the Sun God as the most heinous treason, ordering her imprisonment until the Sun God is found to give her punishment himself. He also changes her name to Littlecrow and humiliates her by carving a moon into her forehead where once the symbol of her being High Priestess rested. Those that tried to defend her actions are also imprisoned.
Making Of A High Priest (LINK) - Bloodyrondo goes to get his nine lives... but something isn't quite right. However, the newly named Bloodystar doesn't dwell on the odd experience, and returns back to SunClan as their new High Priest.
You Promised (LINK) - Bloodystar returns to SunClan and declares himself as the new High Priest. He selects Duskslayer to be his new Promised. However, in doing so he finds out the Unseenlights (Duskslayer’s mate) has given birth in Renegade Regime. Bloodystar isn’t happy with this and demands the Duskslayer, his mate and their kits return to SunClan.
Bloodystar takes Littlecrow and Skipstep’s newest litter of kits to raise as his own, a confirmation to all that he is now in full control of the Clan. His new mate, Jetfire (Littlecrow's daughter), nurses them and he plans on claiming her unborn litter as his own. He parades Jetfire around the clan as his mate, even rubbing her betrayal in family’s face while they are imprisoned.
Tying together of two fates(LINK)- Bloodystar takes things to the next step, when he forces Jetfire into marrying him in a surprise ceremony. In SunClan, marriage is forever. This ceremony binds two souls together for all eternity, and is not something to enter into lightly.
An Azure Omen(LINK) - Bloodystar announces what the mysterious blue flames mean, and that Littlestar's family are to have arranged marriages. Naturally the announcement does not go over well
Leap of Faith ------------ LINK With the Sun God gone, Bloodystar has to find a new way to prove that an initiate is loyal and ready to join SunClan. He comes up with the Leap of Faith. Initiates must jump into the abyss, those who don’t are hunted and killed as part of a new initiation ritual
Prey Shortage ---- LINK The lack of fresh kill being brought back to fee the clan has started to diminish as leaf-fall sets in. With so many mouths to feed, and many of the clans able hunter imprisoned Bloodystar has decided to start rationing food. For now, most of clan is not going to go hungry. However those imprisoned, are set to receive less than their share causing some conflict amoungst the clan on how the situation should be handled.
You can go eat a peach ----- LINK This is the first of the arranged marriages to happen, between Silverfringe and Sorrowfularia. Since the two of them are already a married couple, it only made sense for them to tie the knot first before Silverfringe gives birth to her first litter. The ceremony is interrupted by a frantic Discordantmelody, arriving and whispering to Bloodystar that his mate has tried to kill herself. So upset by Bloodystar's sudden departure, it triggers Silverfringe's own labor. Amidst the chaos, Sorrowfularia disappears leaving his newly named wife on her own to give birth to their children.
When all hope is lost - >[GORE/SUICIDE WARNING. Only read the description if gore bothers you] - link - This thread takes place at the same time as the wedding thread above. Having been left alone while Bloodystar goes to host the tying of the knot ceremony, Jetfire tries to kill herself and her unborn litter. Bloodystar and Mountain are able to save her life, but the consequences of her actions are long-lasting.

I am your worst nightmare ----- LINK Part of SunClan's upcoming plot is that the cats of the dark forest start entering into cat's dreams and giving them nightmares. At first they just seem like normal nightmares, but as time goes on they begin to get worse. Cats begin waking up with deep gashes and wounds, things that happen in their dreams becoming a reality. Those that sign up will be put into a spreadsheet and selected at random to receive these nightmares.

What is yours is mine, and what is mine is also mine - LINK SunClan leads a patrol to moonclan, demanding that they leave their territory. Knowing that they couldn't compete with SunClan's numbers, MoonClan left peacefully
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Phase 4- Everything Changed When The Fire Nation Attacked Fire on Fire ------- LINK The fire nation(nightclan, dayclan, pi, rr, and the fire gang) attacked SunClan in their home. A LOT happened in this thread, too much to describe but here are some highlights. SunClan was able to fight off the invaders at first, but the fire nation held them captive within their own camp and let them slowly starve. Sending in waves of warriors to weaken them further. Finally all the forces invaded at once overwhelming the sunclan cats. A fire broke out in SunClan's camp, and everyone was forced to flee. What was left of SunClan fled onto MoonClan's territory to regroup.

Later that night, the dead rose to attack the living only relenting with the rising of the sun

The Girl Who Cried Moon ------- LINK A familiar face returns to SunClan and urges SunClan to return to their sacred lands
Tonight we strike --------- LINK MoonClan returns retake their home, with a SunClan traitor as their new leader.
