Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Slipping between the berry bushes into the Kitten Area, Ravenkit had to pause and blink a few times to clear his eyes against the bright light reflecting from the pool. The Arena was quiet today, probably because it was so early in the morning; most of the kittens must be eating or still asleep. That was fine, he could use some time to himself. Ravenkit trotted over to the pool and laid down beside it, watching dragonflies drift lazily over the surface. He wondered if he could catch one, if he just reached out a little...
Lunarkit had already come out this morning. Well really she’d been out here all night. Her mother was dead and the clan wa sin chaos after the fight against Primal Instinct. Her and her siblings were in mourning and the poor kit didn’t really know what to do. Her dads were gone and now so was her mom. She watched as another kit came out to watch the water form where she was resting under the big leafy plant that offered shade in mid day. From here she was hidden, but also comfortable. “Hello.” Her voice was quiet and soft, barely above a whisper and the early morning air.
Ravenkit stretched his forepaw out at the dragonfly. His careful aim was interrupted by a sudden "hello" from behind him, and he missed his swat; the dragonfly flew off and he teetered on the edge. The little tom nearly toppled into the water before he gathered himself and took a step back.
"Who is there?" he yelped accusingly, looking around for her.
