Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Harvestpaw and Dawningpaw were just beginning to get used to DayClan, but both had signed up to be Den Repairers. Harvestpaw liked the idea of being able to construct dens out of natural resources around them instead of relying on canyon gorge walls like they did back in SunClan. Dawningpaw enjoyed the idea of evolving the architecture into something new and modern, plus she got to work with her foster brother, Harvestpaw.
Today they were sent to make more dens behind the waterfalls. Since each DayClan family had their own den they always needed plenty of dens. Sometimes this involved finding more empty caves to decorate and create compartments in. Other times this meant digging out burrows to find bigger spaces within the cozy caverns. What he didn't expect was to see Princepaw there too.
Princepaw was always odd, but never seemed unkind either. Fallpaw had a way of talking that sounded like it challenged everyone and last time he saw Divinepaw she was yelling at his older sister. Little to say he felt outcasted by his littermates, but today seemed like a good time to bond with Princepaw and maybe she would even like his sister Dawningpaw.
"Hey Princepaw, we're here as den repairers. Oh and this is my sister Dawningpaw, her mom helped raise Sweetpaw and I so we kind of grew up together as kits," Harvestpaw greeted before looking back to Dawningpaw, "And this is my blood sister, Princepaw."

There was always something behind a waterfall, and Princepaw found it lucky that there was an overhanging rock for shelter. While the sides of it needed to be filled out, it was better than having to make a ceiling as well. Normally, Princepaw was more of a decorator, having some ability to make any place feel like home. But today, she was the main repairer out here to fix this place up. Least till Harvestpaw and Dawningpaw appeared.
"Ah how wonderful. We could always use more help. It's a pleasure to meet you too, Dawningpaw." While she wouldn't consider any of her siblings necessarily mean or closed off, Princepaw was one of the more social ones. Quickly ushering them in to keep her pair of siblings from getting soaked. "I pray you're getting used to Dayclan. This is where I was considering making the next set of dens. What do you two think?"
"Yeah, it looks great, I'm pretty sure," Harvestpaw said, still not entirely sure what he was supposed to look for to determine if it was a good shelter.
"Everything looks stable," Dawningpaw purred. Walking over to the wall she pressed her paw against it hard, "Yes, I think this will be perfect to work with."
Harvestpaw looked at Princepaw, for once taking in all of her features, noticing how her fur was a kinder, softer color than Autumn's. His fur pattern closely resembled his father, but he had his mothers more orange peach color. Dawningpaw of course looked nothing close to either of them. She had her mothers fluffy fur and her rounder jawline, but while her face had an agouti tabby pattern the rest of her body was a rosette bengal design like her brother.
"And we've been fitting in well here," Dawningpaw purred, "Well... Some awkward family moments here and there, but I'm sure that's just everyone adjusting. How have you been, any weird family drama?"

"That's good. I know things must be hard for you two." Princepaw's warm gaze swept between Dawningpaw and Harvestpaw. She couldn't really imagine what they were going through, only even remotely familiar with it thanks to the stories she's heard. "But please keep heart. Dayclan is ne'er one to push others out. As the great bard once said, Tis ever common That men are merriest when they are from home." Princepaw meant it to be sweet, but it wouldn't take a lot to figure out that her statement wasn't quite right. "I love having all these new siblings and parents around, though it can be hard. Anyway, we'll need to collect and weave grass so we can build walls and moss for beds."
"I saw some grass over by the ruins of camp" Dawningpaw said excitedly, she was happy to be able to add anything to this conversation. However seeing Harvestpaw turn to look at her with an expression that held in his laughter her entire face flushed to a bright red shade, "Um. Of course there's grass everywhere..."
"No, they only grow in the ruins, that's it. I heard NightClan once lost eight warriors just trying to get a single blade of grass from us," Harvestpaw grinned ear to ear as Dawningpaw shoved him playfully.
"Yeah, you didn't know? The ruins have the best grass in the south side of the forest, you're lucky to have someone as knowledgeable as me," She joked back before leaving to gather some for Princepaw.
Harvestpaw watched Dawningpaw walk away with a grin on her face, "What a dork," He said good heartedly before turning to Princepaw, "I agree though, I'm excited for siblings. I just hope more will talk to me, but if that doesn't pan out I'm happy just knowing you," He smiled shyly.

Princepaw let out a laugh when Harvestpaw teased Dawningpaw. She was close to affirming Dawning too. For as much as she jumped at the opportunity to play prince, a break was nice too. Princepaw waved her tail in thanks as Dawningpaw walked off. At the mention of her siblings, her happy expression dropped for just a moment. It was a concern, eating away because she had no idea what to say to them. "Give them a little time, they'll come around. If not, I'll still be here." She spoke softly.
