A duo of cats padded along the WinterClan-SpringClan border with a hop in their steps. They had just finished their training for the day, and ended up with some free time right before sunset, so they set out on their own. Emris had come across a small lake on the boarder between the two Clans during her training earlier in the week. It was one of the few areas in the territory not coated in snow, even in the middle of summer. Its proximity to SpringClan meant it experienced warmer weather than the cold mountains of WinterClan, but the young snow bengal did not account for something else: mountain runoff. She gingerly dipped her paws into the water, and pulled back as soon as the icy nip of the water broke through her fur.
The she-cat sighed and turned to her brother Kvalun, a charcoal bengal. She said "Sik mav'tak lo'ar mahira. Svowat hroveneit tha sikil yi." She took a few more steps from the lake and turned around. "La tayotil yoles migeveit yin."

Roleplay:
You had been told to go hunting and to bring home some prey. You nodded your head before racing out of camp and towards a mouse that you had smelled. It's scent engulfed you and your stomach growled in protest. The clan must be fed first. You keep telling yourself, in your mind, as you crouch, tucking your hind paws underneath you, as you prepare to leap. You check the wind carefully, before slinking forward one step at a time. You gingerly place a paw down able a fallen leaf and stop for a heart-beat before leaping forward to land on a little brown mouse, nibbling on some grass. You sink your claws into the mouse, ignoring it's shrill cry for help. You sink your teeth into it's spine killing it instantly. You bury it underneath a bush and continued your hunting until you reach the border of WinterClan.
Once at the border you sit down to rest. You stiffen slightly as a pair of WinterClan Apprentices appear on their side. You narrow your eyes at them and watched to see what they would do.
The charcoal bengal shook his head. He remembered going swimming with his mother in an underground pool while he lived in the desert. This lake seemed like the closest thing to it, and those chances were gone in an instant. He let out a sigh before looking over to the other side of the lake. Another idea popped into his head. The waters come from SpringClan's side had to be warmer! He tapped his sister on her shoulder and pointed to the SpringClan side with his tail. "Li'er kvaluna ya kuna pram as'uvili." He ran away from her without waiting for an objection, not that Emris would have anyway. She shrugged and ran after him.
While the other side of the lake wasn't quite SpringClan territory, it certainly played the line. The two sibling sauntered around the edge of the lake. He was right: the water was warmer by a little here. He flicked his tail in his sister's nose. "Hroven yi. Khomen yi yaf frotengait as'or utes.". With that he dove into the water, leaving his sister on the shore.

Roleplay:
You decide to walk along the border and walk towards the lake on your side. You flatten your ears as you see the two apprentices, with your left eye. A small growl escapes your throat, as you near them. You see the tom-cat cross into the water on your side, and you let out a hiss. You began to run to the edge of the water and stand with hackles raised.
"What are you doing?" You growl at the two apprentices of WinterClan. "Get back on your side!" You snap at them with your left ear flat against your head. Your right eye narrowed to a slit.
Muscle memory kicked in for the tom the instant he hit the water. His hearing dulled as the fluid engulfed him and the world grew a little darker, but before long he swam his way to the surface and looked back to his sister. From there he saw the SpringClan apprentice approaching from behind her. He jerked his head towards the newcomer. "Lo'er sema yistanidam yaf projebait va kla'Piltinatil!"
Emris whirled around to face the SpringClan tom and immediately bared her teeth. "Leave us! No reason have you!" She knew she was still on her territory, if just barely, and had no plans on leaving. Her brother began to pull himself from the water, but Emris stopped him with a glare. "Levop yusa. Nokas ya yoma."

Roleplay: Bloodpaw walked to his side of the border and watched the two with slight interest. Hearing them speak in a foreign language, peaked his curiosity. "What language are you speaking?" He asked as he sat down, lifted a paw and began to clean it. He glanced up at the she-apprentice and cocked his head to the side.
Emris relaxed slightly as she listened to her brother keep swimming below her. If he got out, it only justified the other tom's position. They had every right to swim in that lake, no matter what Bloodpaw thought. "Doesn't matter. Leave us alone." She flexed her claws and dug into some the dirt. "Here we can swim."

Roleplay:
You sit quietly and watch the she-apprentice and her Brother on the other side of the border and then shrugged your shoulders. "Whatever!" You say as you continue to sit and watch them. You dip a paw in the water lazily.
Emris rolled her eyes and continued to stare down the Bloodpaw. "What happened to vicious defense?" Why would he drop his guard so suddenly? Her eyes wandered to the fields behind Bloodpaw. Maybe he had some allies with him...

Emris didn't enjoy the supervisor, even if he meant nothing to them. He didn't look much older, so he couldn't beat the pair. She sighed and turned back to him. "Jump in the water."

Bloodpaw lifted his head and raised a brow at Emris. "Jump in the water? Why should I?" He asked with a tilt of his head. He frowned at her wondering why she told him to that.
"What are you gonna do? Babysit us?" Emris turned back to her brother who had begun to swim towards the center of the lake. She chuckled? "You are afraid the water is cold?"

"I'm not gonna sit here." He said with a twitch of his whiskers. He dabbed at the water for a few minutes before flinging himself into the water with a loud splash. He went under for a heart-beat and then resurfaced, letting the air refill his lungs. "Are you coming in?" He asked Emeris.
She rolled her eyes as she watched him dab at the water for a few minutes. What did he think it was going to do? Eat him? Finally he jumped into the lake, and she followed right after him. "Waiting for you."
The water still had a bit of a bite to it from the mountain streams. It was refreshing, but not anything like what was in SpringClan. Emris remembered how to swim, but it was far from efficient. Her legs churned far more than they had to.
The water was still slightly cold, but the more you swam in it the more it warmed you up. As you swam you watched the other two apprentices carefully. "So do you two come here often?" You asked curiously, trying to strike up a conversation with them.
She shook her head. "No. Finished training early today. Time we had." She glanced over to her brother, who was far ahead of the duo behind him. Even from far away she could see how much easier swimming was for him. "You come here often?"

You nod your head. "I don't often come here, either. I was suppose to be hunting, but I guess, a little swim won't hurt." You tell the other apprentice, as you swim to catch up to her brother. Your strong legs propel you through the water, like lightening. You soon reach Kvalun and give him a slight smile, as you catch up to him.
