"I'm sure you've heard it before," Colt replied, clearly amused by her response. "Just try to take my word for it though. Like I said, I'm not the one you'd have to worry about so don't use me as a comparison by any means." He still felt a little hurt by her outright refusal to "work" with him in any way, but somehow he thought it might be in her best interest to steer clear of him. If she really was so anti-gang, then she'd likely cause trouble down the line and that was something he'd very much like to avoid. "Tell you what, I'll stop following you around after you give me your name. That's not too much to ask, right?"
She shook her head. "My name? Why would I give you that?" Her name was valuable. It described everything about who she was, and this tom clearly didn't respect her in the slightest. "Where I come from, a name means a lot. I'm not just giving it to some random street rat. Now, go on your way and never bother me again."

The more the she-cat spoke of her history, the more interested Colt became. He didn't mind the idea of leaving since he'd have a long journey to get back home, and this time with a small amount of information if nothing else. But it wasn't every day that he was able to talk to someone outside of his family and most of his encounters in the city had been short and violent. "Oh, come on. You've threatened me, my group, and we've talked for quite a while now. I'm not really random then, right? I mean, we're practically friends." This was the most childish he'd felt in a long time, but he decided to embrace it as he stepped closer into the she-cat's space. "But if you really want me to keep you company, then you don't have to tell me."
She growled again. This tom wouldn't quit. She couldn't imagine what this tom would be like in a group. If she were the leader, she would have ended him by now. "If all your friends threaten your group, then you've got a pretty crappy batch." She would give him something of a name, but not her real one. "You can call Huntress or something like that. I really don't care."

"Huntress..." Colt drawled, testing the sound of the name and ultimately deciding he liked it. He smiled at her in a seemingly victorious way, but he was mostly just appreciative that the she-cat had bothered to give him anything. It was unfortunate to not have a good reason to stick around now though. "I think it suits you, and to be fair I don't have that many friends." None actually. "But your honesty tells me you're a good one to have. Even with the whole cold exterior thing you've got going on." Allowing his tail to brush down her side before stepping a few paces away, he gave her a small nod.
