Prophecy: “Beware the stars wrath and the twisted path ahead.”
Vision: DayClan surrounded in darkness, but suddenly lights peak through the darkness, revealing to be stars bringing light to the clan. However when more cats come in the light begins to close up leaving DayClan in darkness once more
DayClan's camp was surrounded in darkness, the cats of DayClan lied weak, somehow night felt brighter than this. Suddenly light pierced through the shadows, upon staring up it was clear that these beams of light were stars. The cats of DayClan stood up, but suddenly cats made of fire came in and soon darkness came once more wiping out the DayClan cats while the cats made of fire stood. The vision felt like it should have ended, but it hadn't, the dream continued, but this time a StarClan cat stood before Fallpaw, Smokepaw, and Fuzzyheart.
"You've been invited for this evening to StarClan. We have chosen you to represent your clan, DayClan, for committing an atrocious sin," The StarClan cat spoke. Fallpaw and Smokepaw were too young to recognize her, but it was Whispyfeather, a DayClan queen, one who was enslaved and forced to take part in SunClan's initiation before her kits were stolen from her.
Smokepaw looked with huge eyes at his fellow apprentice and at Fuzzyheart. His heart was pounding. Atrocious sin? "Eee!" he cried, diving behind one of his clanmates and shaking.

Fallpaw blinked in surprise, but didn't back off. Instead she met the StarClan's gaze with her own "I can't wait to hear this one" she replied. Honestly she had no clue what this was all about, her mind wondered back to her ferret and how she was wasting time here when she could have been out training it to hunt to feed DayClan instead of answering for some sort of crime she had no clue about.
His head peeked up from behind Fallpaw. Wow, she was so brave. "You can't just talk with the star cats like that," he whispered in panic before popping a paw over his mouth. "I - I mean you can do what you want. Of course you can. But what if they kill us?"

"They are StarClan cats Smokepaw, the aren't here to kill us" she replied tartly gazing upon them with narrowed eyes "and I will not answer for a crime that I didn't commit. I have been nothing but loyal to my clan" her voice held no fear meeting their eyes with her own her tail swishing behind her as she nudged the other apprentice "If you have nothing to hide then you having nothing to fear"
Untrue, Smokepaw thought, but this time he kept the sentiment to himself. He rose on shaky legs so he was no longer crouching but remained behind Fallpaw, waiting on the StarClan cats to react.
"Star cats?" Fuzzyheart asked with a bit of laughter listening to Smokepaw.
"This is not your crime Fallpaw, you are merely defending the actions of your clan unless you find them indefensible," Whispyfeather said.
She walked closer to the three before swiping her paw, the sky peeled back to reveal Moon Creek. Along the creek were tall trees, most were lush, but one was burnt up and a few others were dead, "The trees represent those who believe in StarClan. When SunClan turned their backs on StarClan that was not an offense, but when they chose to follow a false God that was. Foxstar made her clan suffer for believing in the Sun God, made other clans suffer for their ignorance. DayClan and SpringClan were enslaved, countless kits have been stolen or confiscated in the name of a false code. Cats have been kidnapped and set to fail initiation, sent wrongfully to the Dark Forest. SunClan is the living embodiment of the Dark Forest so why is it that DayClan is taking in SunClan cats without giving them any kind of consequence? Don't lie to me and say that they're all innocent. Why shouldn't StarClan punish DayClan right now for helping these traitors?"
"Um... As the adult of this conversation, give us a moment," Fuzzyheart said before turning to Smokepaw and Fallpaw, "Okay, I'd say we should just walk away, but I don't know to where so I'm thinking we should just ask for a manager, like it's worth a shot right?"
Smokepaw whimpered as Whispyfeather spoke. He knew it! They were gonna die. To Fuzzyheart, he whispered, "Let's just g-go please. M-Maybe it is our f-faults. We d-deserve it." His voice was shaking. Gingersnap was from SunClan and he'd let her stay with him. Did this make him a traitor? It seemed so.
"Oh yeah sure, would you like to take the back exit or the fr- there's nowhere to go! I don't know if it's a casual thing for clan cats, but I've never exactly taken a stroll through StarClan and back out the other side. The only reason I know we're not dead already is because I wouldn't have gone up. So really if we walked away we would need some kind of plan to find some dead cat or some portal out of here," Fuzzyheart reasoned.

Fallpaw looked between Fuzzyheart and Smokepaw, rolling her eyes before stepping past them to speak with the StarClan cat. This wasn’t the real world, you couldn’t just slip past the starclan cats and back home. It was either confront them head on or stay silent, and she wasn’t afraid. Standing tall for a cat so young she began to speak “and yet you would turn us into the very thing that you hate?” She question, ears flickering toward them “SunClan was merciless, punishing all those that went against their beliefs. They took justice into their own paws, their higher up determining who was right and who wrong. Those that fled to DayClan might not be innocent, but neither should it be up to us to determine the consequences of turning their backs on StarClan, in doing so we would only be acting in the same manner as they” she paused giving her words time to sink in
"Maybe, they had the right idea," The StarClan cat ventured darkly.
"Ohhh, Starlight's got a dark side," Fuzzyheart mused.
"My name is Whispyfeather, I fought and won DayClan's right for independence until Foxstar cheated, threatening to kill a kit. Her warrior was honorable, but she was not. My family and my clan was enslaved, my kits were stolen, had to be raised in the Regime just to live a safe normal life. SunClan cats might be bad and they might be good, but they're culture to mindlessly obey like sheep is brainwashed into them. I want all living SunClan cats condemned to damnation, their kits can all live fruitful lives, but I want the current ones to all suffer. That's why I'm starting with my home clan, to see if maybe I am in the wrong before I move onto other clans."
Fuzzyheart was slowly doing the math in his head. So if someone deserts SunClan they're marked for death, but if a SunClan cat is black listed from every clan then they would have nowhere to go... So basically it would be live in SunClan or sentenced to literal damnation. Also did he actually care that much about this topic to really argue for it? But at the same time, he had left his home clan to be enslaved by SunClan to support his mate who at the time was Peachstar.
"I mean anyone can change, I used to raid clans and kill as many cats as I could. No particular reason other than being ordered to, I was a mindless killer. But I fell in love and I found something new to fight for. SunClan cats can do the same," Fuzzyheart argued.
Smokepaw was left shaking on the ground as his shield walked away to talk to the StarClan cat. The more Whispyfeather spoke, the more horror he felt. Suddenly he stood straight up, tail sticking out like a rod behind him. "Y-you can't hurt SunClan cats who- who leave!" he cried out, entire body trembling. That was his Gingersnap she was talking about. If she could protect him, he could try to protect her, too. Unless this cat got her claws out, because then he was just going to run straight into the StarClan forest and spend the rest of his short lifespan hiding in a bush.
The tom tried to think of a good reason to back himself up because just telling a StarClan cat they couldn't do something was quite frankly stupid. He reached. "Cuz um .. um .. because then uh they can't convert. Uh and then you'll have forced them to f-follow the wrong reli..relion. And um thenit'llhavebeenyourfault." His words ran together and that was it. He just resigned himself to dying and closed his eyes, shrinking down onto the ground and covering his eyes with his paws.
Fallpaw stared at her hard, if looks could kill the dead than Wispyfeather would have had her second death in that moment "So your problem with SunClan is that they mindlessly follow orders, yet here you are requesting us to do the same" he tail lashed from side to side, claws digging into the ground underneath her feet "I don't really care what your personal feelings are about SunClan, but the fact that you are suggesting we should turn on the SunClan cats that have sought refuge in DayClan because of your own whims makes you no better than the Sun God they are seeking to escape. The Sun God tells his followers that all those outside of SunClan are lesser than they are, that they deserve to suffer because they do not worship him. I will not condemn a whole group of cats that are trying to escape a corrupt system that they were born into"
Whispyfeather gave a guilty look, but fought with her reasoning, "But if we condemn one generation of SunClan to suffering the younger generation will be allowed the chance to make the right decision that their parents didn't get. They'll learn from their parents short comings and seek out their StarClan ancestors for help once more. They'll think twice."
"Have you ever heard of anyone who says, they'll think twice and they're the good guy?" Fuzzyheart asked.
Whispyfeather's shoulders slumped and she nodded to Fallpaw and Fuzzyheart, "You're right, it is wrong. StarClan cats aren't Gods, it's not our place to judge the living when their journey still continues. Because we're not Gods, we're still the same people we died as, full of flaws. You've shown be considerable wisdom and were well reasoned. I will drop the subject and won't bring it up to the council of leaders. Unfortunately, I'm not the only person you need to talk to. The Dark Forest has requested your presence for a trial as well, but... When they're mind is made up there's almost no arguing with them."
Fallpaw scoffed "The Dark Forest can request all they want, I'm not some kit coming to their parent's beckoning call" her tail swished behind her "I spoke with you out of respect for StarClan, the Dark Forest deserves no such courtesy" her nose scrunching in disgust causing a few small wrinkled to appear on her muzzle "Or are you going to argue that the Dark Forest Cats have more rights than living breathing cats, whose only crime is being misguided?"
The tom raised his head to peek at Fallpaw, mouthing off. Smokepaw tried to hold back a groan. Why couldn't they just go now? Things had been working out so well for a second. The Dark Forest could have the same conversation and then they could go back to their dens and sleep.
"You can do as you wish, you're all the chosen ones for this prophecy, it is your choice to decide what you do." Wispyfeather said honestly.
"Yeah, it's getting late," Fuzzyheart said passively as if it wasn't already late given that they were asleep visiting StarClan.
Suddenly darkness came crashing in, the only light appeared to be a spotlight shining above them that became smaller and smaller as they almost seemed to plunge judging by the wind rapidly moving at all angles around them. Then everything stopped and just barely the dark forest became visible around them. There were cats seated all along the ground and trees staring them down.
"Little red, that's the one," A snowshoe tom said staring down at Fallpaw. The snowshoe tilted his head up, his tongue against his lips in thought, "I'm Chief Izaya, I've been watching the drama go down between your folks, couldn't take my eyes off of it," He smirked before gagging and choking up water. He rubbed his lips, "Do you really like the clan you're in? The parents who lied to you? 'Cause I'll get to the chase, I'm sympathetic of you. My mom lied about my upbringing too, yet she's up in StarClan and I'm stuck down here. I feel I have something to offer each of you, but none more than you Fallpaw. I know you'll say yes too and I know it because if you don't I won't let you wake up. Your mama did a lot of damage to the Sun God, and I bet a celestial figure like that could be our big break if we handed you over as a sacrifice. But as I said, I'm sympathetic to you, so I'm giving you the option to take my deal." He looked over the faces of Fuzzyheart and Smokepaw before continuing, "Fuzzyheart I can give your family safety, Smokepaw I can give you the strength and keen instinct of a true warrior, and Fallpaw I can give you a demon element. All you have to do is drown Glowstar, I won't accept the death any other way. Now I know, you're all like, ahh, no, I can't kill her. But you won't, you'll drown her and resuscitate her and then the other one can go and so on. One of you will do it though. One of you will be desperate enough. She'll never know it was you either if you're smart about it," Chief Izaya smirked.
Smokepaw wanted strength more than anything else. How else would he be able to keep Gingersnap at his side? But drown Glowstar? He would never be able to do that on his own. The apprentice shook his head fervently, shaking and cowering behind his clanmates. "One of you please! Make these StarClan cats go away!"
Fallpaw listened carefully "If you really think that I would say yes to such a request, you really do know nothing about me" she rose to her paws, anger burning behind her gaze "These aren't starclan cats Smokepaw. StarClan wouldn't ask you to kill anyone" a growl rumbled in her throat "You say you won't allow me to wake, but I'm not afraid of you or your threats. All its doing is making me angry" her tail lashed back and forth, and instead of backing away her lip turned up into a snarl, ready to climb up the tree and knock that smirk off of his face
