Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
"Well, this is just great. Cubkit, I told you not to go that way. We're trying to practice our battle skills," Lioningsnarl told his apprentice sternly. "That's SunClan land, you aren't ready for them yet!"
But the toddler continued to wander across the border, and the cat had to follow. He couldn't leave the small twoleg on his own, though sometimes he was tempted to: training twolegs was so hard, they never listened to him. It was like Cubkit didn't understand or care for a word he said.
Raising twelve kits was no easy task and ever since Oakshade had given that leaf to Weepingkit, all the rest of them had insisted on having special toys of their own, too. So that's what he was doing. Collecting pretty rocks, leaves, twigs and things, anything that could be a toy. Somehow he'd even managed to find a bottle cap. They'd have to share that one, he thought even it was fun... in fact, he was batting it down the path right now, the rest of the toys in a bundle a couple fox-lengths back. He could have some fun, too, right?
When he saw Cubkit, though, he totally froze.
What is the world is a twoleg doing here? Is he... is he looking for his bottle cap??? THIS bottle cap?
The massive brown tom wasn't going to take any chances. Oakshade hit the cap with all the force he could muster right at the infant; it harmlessly pinged off his shin, "T-take your thingy and go home!" He yowled at it.
"Hey! What was that for?" Lioningsnarl yelped as the bottle cap flew past him. "Are you trying to upset him?" He brushed against the kid's shins reassuringly, just in case it hurt him, then raced toward Oakshade with his light fur bristling. "Don't hurt him, okay? He's my apprentice, he's just gotten a little lost today. Cubkit never does as he's told."
The DayClan animal whispered shot an annoyed look back at the kid.
"He's your apprentice!?" Oakshade was far more shocked about the little twoleg than he was some DayClan Warrior coming at him from across the border. Of all the SunClan cats, this tom just so happened to be among the most friendly, and cared very little about enforcing that particular set of rules, "Where did you even get it? What if the twolegs miss it? Dude, you gotta take it back to twolegplace, this could potentially spell the end of all the Clans! Twolegs are not joke!!"
