Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
"Oh, I don't know," he murmured softly. "Is it really a good idea? What if it isn't my job?" Speckles was a cat that liked to think out loud. It was easier to hear his thoughts said aloud than to try and wrestle within them inside of his mind. If he didn't say the words, they were likely to slip through the cracks as if they had never been, and he might lose that sentiment forever. Speaking slowed his mind down, helped him puzzle things out, and had the unfortunate side of effect of sometimes making him look a little off.
His head tilted back as he sighed heavily. "If I don't get in trouble, then it's okay, right? Nobody has to know. And if I get caught and I'm wrong, maybe they'll go easy on me. Or not." He thought of the cats in prison right now. Would he end up there too?
Torn by indecision, Speckles finally rose to his paws and trotted toward the nearest cat. "Hi!" the initiate greeted cheerfully, "can you help me? I had this squirrel, see, but the kill pile looks full. I thought maybe I should feed the prisoners, but is that allowed?"
