DRAGONDANCE ♂ –
"Leaves from the vine, falling so slow, like fragile tiny shells drifting in the foam." A true prince is deserved his title not for the words said through puppeteers but the heart and soul of one's actions and the ripples that effect change. Often those who are right for the role are uninterested in the responsibility it bestows, while those who believe it's their right remove and exploit the responsibility's intended purpose. This is the basis of Dragon's tale. A faded dark brown tabby tom who's coat is reminiscent of ash in the burned skeletal remains of a forest, shrouding the vibrant life budding underneath. Eyes as molten gold as a winged creature's fiery gaze, at times cold and unyielding, at others warm and fluidly drifting with the sentimentality one learns with loss. In all areas but one, he embodies his namesake: temperamental, fiery, and capable of the undoubted ability to encourage life or destruction with a few choice actions, qualities of fire; wise, emotionally intelligent, and spiritually enlightened, qualities of the masters deep within the heart of the earth; sharp-witted, open-minded, and devoted to obtaining the final result, qualities of an expert riddler with a passion for a game a old as time itself. He, like the legends or myths of the world, lives outside of perceived constraint so that he may live a life far more entertaining than the pre-ordained one he relinquished. How long he'll be able to outrun it, however, is a question only fate has the answer to. "Little soldier boy, come marching home. Brave soldier boy comes marching home."
A Dance of Sorts [ link ] – Dives into his arrival in NightClan and his first meeting with Koilagoon. He realizes that he's known of Koilagoon far longer than she's known of him. She attempts to deceive him into believing she's a member of NightClan. The two of them are discovered by a genuine patrol and taken as prisoners back to the camp.
Forever In My Dreams [ link ] – A montage dedicated to the evolving relationship between Dragondance and Koilagoon, starting in the prison and leading up to the pivotal moment after the clan meeting and what the results of said gathering mean for the path they're on.
Eenie Meenie Minie Moe, Catch A Tiger By The Toe [ link ] – Set long after his imprisonment – and later initiation into – NightClan, he along with two others are called to a mission debriefing by Flamingstar, where they're informed their task is to track down, arrest, and return three deserters: Rustedtrust, Fadingmist, and Leaflight. Siblings that for an unknown reason ran from NightClan to find sanctuary elsewhere. Firm in his belief and morality, Dragondance has made it his mission to outrun Raveneye and Magnoliashadow – his so called 'party members' – and offer an alternative to the siblings.
NightClan Deputy Announcement Roleplay [ link ] – In which Dragondance learns of the truth behind Flamingstar's mission to hunt down and retrieve the deserters. Raveneye is made deputy of the clan, while Dragondance is made a loyal guard, much to his discomfort and distress.
Lux Aeterna [ link ] – After the truth of Flamingstar's deserter mission came to light and her deputy was chosen, Dragondance finds himself attempting to get accustomed to life as a loyal guard. The name in itself is laughable. Surrounded on all sides by those he can hardly tolerate, his inability to find comfort in what was meant to be sanctuary may lead to desperate measures and drastic consequences.
